Aqiqah kisi kehte hain ❓❓

🚫Part - 1

Aqiqah aise janwar ko kahte hai jab bacha paida ho jaye uski taraf se paidaish ke satwe (7) din janwar zibah Kia jata Hai.
Aqiqah Karna Sunnate Muakkadah Hai Aur Mustahab Amal Hai Isliye Jo Shaksh Haisiyat Rakhta hai use chaiye apni aulad ki tarf se aqika kare.

Salam bin amir (Razi allah anhu) se riwayat hai Rasulullah Sallellahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya bache ke sath aqika (lazim) hai chunanche us ki taraf se qurbani karo aur us ki taqlif dur karo (matlb uska sar mundao).

Samura (Razi allah anhu) se riwayat hai ki Rasulullah Sallellahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya har bacha apne aqika ke badle girvi hota hai paidaish ke satwe din uska aqika kia jaye uska naam rakha jaye aur sar ke bal mundaye jaye.

🚫Part - 2
Jab bache ka sar munda dia jaye to us ke sar se utarne wale baalo ke wazan ke barabar chandi sadqa kar dena bhi Zaruri hai jaisa ki hadis me hai.

Ali (Razi allah anhu) se riwayat hai Rasulullah Sallellahu alaihi wasallam ne Hazrat Hasan (Razi allah anhu) ki taraf se bakri ke sath aqika kia aur farmaya yhe Fatima is ka sar mundao aur uske balo ke wazan ke barabar chandi sadqa kar do.

📍Aqika ladke ki tarf se 2 bakriya aur ladki ki tarf se 1 bakri.

Rasulullah Sallellahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ladke ki tarf se 2 baraber bkriya aur ladki ki tarf se ek bakri.

Rasulullah Sallellahu alaihi wasallam ne Hasan (Razi allah anhu) aur Husain (Razi allah anhu) ki tarf se 2,2 dumbe zabah kiye.

Aqika ke janwar nar (male) wa mada (female) dono ho sakte hai:
Rasulullah Sallellahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ladke ki tarf se 2 bakriya aur ladki tarf se 1 bakri zabah ki jaye nar ho ya madda tumhe koi chez nuksan nahi degi

Kya aqika ki me unt(Camel) aur gay(Cow ) ki qurbani ki ja sakti hai❓

Unt aur gaay ka zikr kisi hadith me nahi Rasulullah Sallellahu alaihi wasallam ne sirf bakri aur dumbe ka zikr kia hai isliye sirf yahi janwar zabah karna chahiye yahi sunnat hai.

Kya satwe (7th) din ke baad aqika kia ja sakta hai❓
Satwe(7th) din ke baad bhi aqika kia ja sakta hai chahe bacha baligh hi kyun Na ho gaya kyun ki woh bacha abi bhi girvi hai aur use girwi se churane ke liye aqika hi karna padega aur ek riwayat hai jis se malum hota hai ki satwe din ke bad 14 we ya 21 we din aqika krna chaiye jesa ki Rasulullah Sallellahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya aqika ka janwar satwe din zabah kia jaye ya 14 we din ya 21 we din.

Samurah bin Jundub (Razi allah anhu) se riwayet hai ke,

Rasoolullah Sallellahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya,
Har bachcha aqeeqe ke badal rahan rakha huwa hota hai. Lihaza satwe dinn janwar zubah karo, uss ka sarr mundhao aur uss ka achcha sa naam rakho.

📍Hadith ki tashreeh:
1. Hadith ke alfaz se wazeh hai ke harr bachche ka Aqiqah karna chahiye. Ye wajjib hai sunnat hai harr uss shaks par jo sahab-e-isteta’at ho.
2. Aqiqah agar ladka ka ho to 2 bakare zubah kare aur ladki ho to ek bakra.
3. Aqiqah sirf chote janwar mein hi hota hai, bade janwar mein Aqiqah nahee hota. Bade janwar mein Aqiqah karne ke talluq se koi bhi sahee hadith nahee milti.
4. Janwar hum umar hoon to bohat achcha hai. Janwar mein umar ki koi qaid nahee.
5. Aqiqah saatwe dinn karna sab se behtar hai. Agar na kar sakein to 14we dinn karein, agar tab bhi na kar sakein to kabhi na kabhi jab isteta’at mayassar ho zarur karein.
6. Aqeeqe ko shadi ke khane mein ya waleeme mein milana durust nahee. Kyunki jiss tarah waleema karna ek mustaqal sunnat hai ussi tarah Aqiqah bhi ek mustaqal sunnat hai.
7. Aqiqah ka maqsad sirf khoon bahana hai. Dawat dena ya bada function karna zaruri nahee.
8. Aqeeqe ka gosht khud bhi kha sakte hain. aur chahein to dusraun ko baant sakte hain.
9. Saatwe dinn hi bachche ka sarr mundana chahiye, aur jo baal nikalein unn ke wazan ke barabar chandi khairat karni chahiye.
10. Saatwe dinn bachche ka achche se achcha naam rakhein.
11. Naam rakhane ke talluq se ye 5 sharayit hain,

(a) ALLAH ke namaun mein se naam rakhana.
Naam ALLAH ke naamaun mein se ho to naam se pehle “ABD” lagana zaruri hai.
Jaise Abdullah, Abdur Rehman, Abdus Salam, Abdul Haadi wagaira.

(b) Nabi-e-kareem s.a.w. ke naam par naam rakhana.
jaise Mohammad, Ahmad, Rafeeq, Siraj wagira.
Nabi s.a.w. ki kuniyat nahee rakhana chahiye. ALLAH ke nabi s.a.w. ne humein iss se mana kiya hai.
Aap s.a.w. ki kuniyat “Abul Qasim” thi.

(c) Aisa naam rakhana jiss ka maana achcha ho, jaise Irfan, Ahteshaam, Waqaar wagaira.

(d) Aisa naam nahee rakhana chahiye jiss mein maana na ho ya galat maana nikalta ho, Jaise zoba, kulba, asna, shaqeeq, shaheeq wagaira.

(e) Aisa naam nahee rakhana chahiye jo kisi gairullah ki taraf mansoob ho, jaise Jeelani, Khwaja, Abe-Mustafa, Abe-munaaf wagaira.
