📍 Tawbah kis ki qubul nahi.
وَ لَیۡسَتِ التَّوۡبَۃُ لِلَّذِیۡنَ یَعۡمَلُوۡنَ السَّیِّاٰتِ ۚ حَتّٰۤی اِذَا حَضَرَ اَحَدَہُمُ الۡمَوۡتُ قَالَ اِنِّیۡ تُبۡتُ الۡئٰنَ وَ لَا الَّذِیۡنَ یَمُوۡتُوۡنَ وَ ہُمۡ کُفَّارٌ ؕ اُولٰٓئِکَ اَعۡتَدۡنَا لَہُمۡ عَذَابًا اَلِیۡمًا ﴿۱۸﴾
Unn ki tawbah nahi
jo buraian karte chale jayen yahan tak ke jab inn mein se kissi ke pass maut aa jaye to kah de ke mein ne ab tawbah ki aur unn ki tawbah bhi qubul nahi jo kufr per hi marr jayen yahi log hain jin ke liye hum ne alam- naak azab tayyar kar rakha hai.
📘 (Surah al Nisa : 18)

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
وَیۡلٌ لِّلۡمُطَفِّفِیۡنَ ۙ﴿۱﴾
الَّذِیۡنَ اِذَا اکۡتَالُوۡا عَلَی النَّاسِ یَسۡتَوۡفُوۡنَ ۫﴿ۖ۲﴾
وَ اِذَا کَالُوۡہُمۡ اَوۡ وَّزَنُوۡہُمۡ یُخۡسِرُوۡنَ ﴿ؕ۳}
Bari kharabi hai naap taul mein kammi kerne walon ki
ke jab logon se naap ker lete hein to pura pura lete hain
Aur jab unhe naap ker ya taul kar dete hain to kaam dete hain
📘 (Surah al Mutafifeen : 1-3)
🚫 Jab maine iss surah ko pehle pehle padha to yeh samjh kar chorr dya ke yeh taziron ke liye hai , jo naap taul mein kamm kar ke logon ko faurkht karte hain
🚫 Lekin yeh Surah sirf tazir hazraat ke liye nahi hai bulke yeh Surah har uss shaksh ke liye hai jo
🥀 logon se puri umeeden rakhe lekin unn ki umeedon par khara na utre
🥀 logon se leta hai to pura leta hai aur jab deta hai to ghata kar deta hai
🥀 Yani logon ke jo huquq uss par hain unn ko to pura usul karta hai , lekin uss par jo logon ke huquq hain unhe pura pura ada nahi karta
🥀 Rishtadar to uss ka kheyal rakhen,har khussi aur gham mein sharik hon , lekin ye rishatadron ke khussi aur gham mein sharik na ho to koi masala nahi
🥀 Awlaad se to khidmat ki umeed rakhe lekin awlaad ke huquq ada na kare
🥀 Biwi se khidmat ki umeed rakhe lekin biwi ke jo huquq hain unn mein kotahi kare
🥀 Allah se pura pura Inaam ki umeed rakhe aur shikwe kare lekin waisi ibadat aur shukr na kare jo uss ka haq hai.
🌹 Allah Ta'ala hume Quran ko samjh kar padhne aur uss par chalne ki taufeeq ata kare..... Aameen

Aur Nabi S.A.W ne in hadis mein jo Izar ki babat farmai hai' baqi kapron k liye bhi yehi kukam hai, lehaza har Musalman k liye ye wajib hai k wo apni patloon aur deegar kapron ko takhno se oncha rakhe aur agar kapra neeche latak raha ho to is halat mein parhi janay wali namaz k barae mein Ahl e Ilm mein Ikhtalaf hai. baz ki ra'ay mein ye namaz sahi hogi kyun k admi ne wajib yani satar poshi k hukam ko pura kar diya hai aur baz ki ra'ay ye hai k is halat mein namaz sahi na hogi kyun k is ne haram kapray k sath satar poshi ki hai' unhon ne satar poshi k liye ye bhi shart qarar di hai k wo jaiz kapry k sath ho lehaza kapron k kapron k takhno se hony ki surat mein khatrah zarur hai lehaza issy Allah Ta'ala se darty hue apne kapry oper utha leny chahiye ta k wo takhno se oper oper rahein.
Abu Hurairah r.a. bayan karte hai, Ek aadmi apna tahband latkaye namaz padh raha tha toh RasoolAllah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нυ αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne use farmaya: “Jaao wuzu karo.” Wo gaya aur wuzu karke fir hazir hua to kisi aadmi ne arz kiya, Allah ke Rasool ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нυ αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм! Apne use wuzu karne ka hukm kyu farmaya❓
Ap ne farmaya: “Woh apna tahband latkaye hue namaz padh raha tha, Jabki Allah Tahband latka kar namaz padhne wale shaks ki namaz qubul nahi farmata.”

Mein ne Nabi sallalaho alaihi wasallam ko ye farmate hue suna :
Tum mein se koi bhi sirf jume ka roza na rakhe illah (unless) ye ke ek din us se pahle ya ek din us se baad .

📘Aur imam muslim Rahimullah ne apni Sahih muslim mein Abu Hurairah Radiallahu anhu se bayan kiya hai ke woh farmate hain ke nabi sallalaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
Jume ki raat ko baaqi raton se qiyam (praying) ke liye khaas na karo aur jume ko baaqi dino se roze (fast) ke liye khaas na karo illah (unless) ye ke woh tumahre rozon ke darmiyan aajay.

Aur sahi bukhari mein hai ke Juwairia Bint e Haris Radiallahu anha se riwayat hai ke jume ke din Nabi sallalllaho alaihi wasallam unke paas tashreef laaye to woh roze se thi to Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya kya tune kal roza rakha tha❓
To woh kehne lagi nahi to Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya to achha kya kal roza rakhne ka iradah hai ❓
To woh kehne lagi nahi to Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya : roza tod do.

Ibn Qudama Rahimahullah bayan karte hain ke : akele jume ka roza rakhna makrooh hai illah (unless) ye ke agar koyi roza rakhta ho to ye us ke mawafiq aajay maslan : 1 shakhs ek din roza rakhta aur ek nahi rakhta hai (means alternate days) to iska roza wala din jume ke mawafiq aajaye.
Aur is tarha agar kisi ki yeh aadat ho ke woh har mahine ke pehle ya akhiri din aur ya fir mahine ke darmiyan mein roza rakhta ho .

Ya agar wo kinhi dino me hamesha roza rakhta ho maslan mahine ke pahle din wo rakhta ho aur juma usi din pad jaye to bhi ye roza jayez hoga lekin khaskar ke jume ko roza rakhna Nabi Sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne mana kiya hai.

📍Shawwal ke 6 rozo ka huqum kya hain aur kya ye roze wajib hain❓
Ramzan ul mubarak ke rozo ke baad shawwal ke 6 roze rakhna wajib nahi balki mustahab hain, aur musalmano ke liye mashruh hain ki wo shawwal ke 6 roze rakhe jismain fazle azeem aur bhot bada ajr o sawab hain, kyuki jo sakhsh bhi ramzan ul mubarak ke roze rakhne ke baad shawwal ke 6 roze bhi rakhe toh pure saal ke roze rakhne ka ajro sawab likha jata hain hain.
Nabi ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нυ αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм se bhi ye sabit hain ki isse pure saal ka ajar milta hain . Abu Aiyub Ansari razi allahu anha bayan karte hain ke Rasul e akram sallahu ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нυ αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya, ” Jis ne ramzan ul mubarak ke roze rakhne ke baad shawwal ke 6 roze rakhe toh ye aesa hain jese pure saal ke roze ho.

Nabi akram ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нυ αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne iski sharah aur tafsir is tarha bayan farmai hain ki jisne Eidul Fitr ke baad 6 roze rakhee uske pure saal ke roze hain.
(Jo koi naiki karta hain use uska ajar dus guna milega).
Aur ek riwayat main hain ki Allah tala ek naiki ko dus guna karta hain lihaza ramzanul mubarak ka mahina dus mahino ke barabar hua aur 6 dino key roze saal ko pura karte hain.
📘{Sunan Nisai, Sunan Ibne Majah, dekhey Sahih al Targib wa al Tarhib (421\1)}
Aur Ibne Khuzaima ne mundarza zail alfaz ke saath riwayat kiya hain:
Ramzan ul mubark ke roze dus guna aur shawwal ke 6 roze do mah ke baraber hain toh is tarha pure saal ke roze hue.
Imam Hambal aur Shafai ikram ne tashrih ki hain ki:
Ramzan ul mubarak ke baad shawwal ke 6 roze rakhna pure ek saal ke farzi rozo ke barabar hain warna toh amumi taur per nafli rozo ka ajro sawab zyada hona sabit hain kyuki ek neki dus ke baraber hain.
Phir Shawwal ke 6 roze rakhne ka ahem fawaid main ye bhi shamil hain ki ye roze Ramzan ul mubarak main rakhe gaye rozo ki kami o beshi aur nuksh ko pura karte hain aur uske awaz me hain kyuki rozedar se kami o beshi ho jati hain aur gunah bhi sarzad ho jate hain jo ki uske rozo main salbi pahlu rakhta hain.
Aur roze qayamat farz main paida shuda nuksh nawafil se pura kiya jayega jesa ki Nabi e karim ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нυ αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne bhi farmaya hain roze qayamat bande ke amaal main sabse phele namaz ka hisabo kitab hoga. Nabi ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нυ αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya humara Rab ajjo wajal apne farishto se se farmayega halaki wo zada ilm rakhne wala hain mere bande ki namazo ko dekho kya usne puri ki hain ki us main nuks hain, agar toh mukammil hongi toh mukammil likhi jayegi aur agar ismain kuch kami hui toh Allah tala farmayega dekho mere bande ke nawafil hain agar toh uske nawafil hoge toh Allah tala farmayega mere bande ke faraiz iske nawafil se pure kar do, fir baki amaal bhi isi tarha liye jayege.

Ummat Muslimah deen aur ibadat ke naam par Jin Jin mann ghart baaton aur kaamo mein maloos hai inn mein ek maslah Ramadam ul Mubarak ke akhiri jumah ko , jumah ilwedah kahna samjhna aur bartna bhi hai.
Ramadan ke akhiri jumah ko aj urff aam mein jumah ilwedah ka naam diya jata hai, iss ke bawjood keh yeh Kitab o sunnat mein kahin nahi milta, agarche yeh kheyal kiya ja sakta hai ki jis tarah hijrat ke daswen sal app sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ke akhiri hajj ko hajjatul alwedah kaha jata hai iss tarah Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ke akhiri Ramadan ul Mubarak ke akhiri jumah ko jumatul alwedah qarar dya ja sakta hai.
Lekin samjhne ki baat yeh hai ki Allah ke Rasool sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ne hajj ek martabah ada kya aur wahi hajj hajjatul alwedah bhi kahlaya ,lekin Ramadan ke roze aur iss ki jumah ek nahi hai bahut martabah ap ki ibadat ka hissah rahen , iss pass e manzar mein yeh baat ghalt saabit hoti hai akhiri jumah ko jumatul alwedah kaha jaye.
Dekha jaye to khassusan Hindustan mein aur iss ke degair mamalik mein bhi Ramadan ke akhiri jumah mein khutba ke dauran khutbe mein aise ashar padhte hain aur taqareer karte hain Jin mein Ramadan guzar Jane par afsoos kya jata hai.phir har ek jumlah aur do jumlon ke baad yeh kahte hain , alwedah alwedah ya kahte hain alfaraq alfaraq ya kahte hain alwedah alwedah aye shar e Ramadan aur inn jaise degair alafz o mafhim bhi samne aate hain.jab ke inn jaise izhar e afsoos aur inn alfaz aur ehsasat ka izhar na muqtadmeen aur na hi mutakhreen muhadessen na fiqah ki kitabon mein aur na hi khulfa e Raseeden ke daurr e khilafat mein ya iss ke baad ke daurr mein milta hai.
Lehazah iss tarah rokne chahiye kyun ke.
📗1) yeh alwedaee kalmaat par mustamil khutbat Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam, aap ke sahba Radi Allahu Anhuma, tabeeyeen taba tabeyeen se manqool nahi hai aur jo fail ( amal ) inn teeno jamana mein na paya jaye wo mann ghart biddat hoti hai aur har biddat gumrahi hai.

📗2) Ramadan ke guzarne par afsoos ka izhar ghair mashroo hai kyun ke roze ka iftar to farhat ke asbaab mein se ek sabab hai aur iss ki daleel.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu ki woh Hadith hai JIS me Allah ke Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:
"Rozedar ko do khusian milti hain, ek khussi uss ko iftar ke waqt hoti hai aur dosri khussi jab woh Allah se mile ga, uss waqt uss ko mile gi.

Aur eid ul fitr ke din namaz e eid to mashroo hi Ramadan ke roze khtam hone aur mulk ul alalaam ke hukm ko ba'ja lane ki khussi ki wajah se hai to phir parishan hone aur Ramadan ka mahina guzrne par afsoos ka izhar karne ki koi wajah nahi hai.

Issliye ki Aisa Jumma phir Dubara unhe Nahi milega...
Lekin Quran ki kisi bhi aayet se, Kisi bhi Hadith se, Nabi sallallahu wale wasallam kisi bhi Am'al aisi koi "Dalil" Nahi milti ki Ramzan k Aakhri Jumma ko Khas Banaya gaya ho.
Yeh Sarasar Galat hai.Aam Jumma k Tarah hi yeh bhi Ek Jumma hai. Issme KHAAS koi ibaadat nahi hai.
ALLAH Aur Nabi Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki baato Ko "jahil Ulmaao" ne Jhutlaya.
📘(Astagferullah)
Aur apne Qayas ko Deen k hissa bana liya. Or Log unhi ki baato ko sunte aur Am'al bhi karte hai. "Unhone Apne Ulema aur Darweshon ko ALLAH K siwa Apna RABB bana liya"

📘Rasool SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam Ka Farman hai :
“Jisne Hamare Deen main Koi Nayee CHeez Ijad Ki Jiska Deen Se Koee Taulluq Nahin Hai Tu WOh Mardood Hai “

Kya ye nahi jaante k jo bhi Allah ki aur Us k Rasool (sallallahu wale wasallam) ki mukhalifat karega us k liye yaqeenan dozakh ki Aag hai jis me woh hamesha rehne wala hai ' ye zabardast ruswaee hai .

📗Eid ul Fitr aur us ka hukm:
2 Hijri mein roza farz howa, sadqat ul fitr bhi usi saal wajib howa aur usi saal pehli martaba Eid ul Fitr ki namaz ada ki gayi. Eid ki namaz musalmanoon par wajib hai, baghair uzr ke is se peechay reh jaaney wala gunehgaar hai.
Wujoob ki daleel Sahihain ki us Hadees se milti hai jis mein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Haizah aurat tak ko Eidgah jaaney ka hukm diya hai. (Wo Hadees aagey aa rahi hai).
Yahi mauqif Sheikh Islam Ibn e Taimiyah, Sheikh Albani, Sheikh Ibn e Baaz, Sheikh ul Hadees Ubaidullah Mubarakpoori Rahimahumullah ka hai.
📗Eid ka chaand:
Ramadhan ki 29 tareekh ko chaand dekhnay ka ehtimaam karna chahiye. Wazeh rahay ke ramadhan ke chaand ki ruiyyat ke liye aik Adil Musalman ki gawahi kaafi hai magar ramadhan ke alawah baqiya tamam mahino ke liye do Adil musalman ki gawahi zaroori hai. Jab chaand nazar aaye to yeh dua padhan:
اَللّٰھُمَّ اؑھلَّه عَلَیْنَا بِالْأمْنِ وَالْإیْمَانِ وَالسَّلا مَةِ وَالْإسْلَامِ رَبِّي وَرَبُّك اللّه
📚{Sunan Tirmidhi: 3451}
! Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne Silsila As-Saheehah: 1816 mein isko sahih kaha hai.
📘Eid ul Fitr (Part-2)
📗Fitranay ki adaigi:
Eid ka chaand nikalney se Fitray ka wajibi waqt shuru ho jata hai lehaza Eid ki namaz se pehlay pehlay dhai kilo (2.50kg) anaaj ghar ke chootey badey tamam logon ki taraf se nikaal ke Fuqara or Masakeen ko de den.
عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَضَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ نَفْسٍ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ حُرٍّ أَوْ عَبْدٍ أَوْ رَجُلٍ أَوْ امْرَأَةٍ صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ
Tarjumah:
Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne ramadhan mein musalmaano mein se har shakhs par azaad ya gulaam, mard ho ya aurat, choota ho ya bada khajooron ka aik saa’ ya jaw (barley) ka aik saa’ Sadqat ul fitr muqarrar farmaya.

📗Eid ki raat ibadat:
Eid ki raat ibadat karney se mutalliq aik riwayat bayan ki jaati hai. Riwayat yeh hai:
قَامَ لَيْلَتَىِ الْعِيدَيْنِ لِلَّهِ مُحْتَسِبًا لَمْ يَمُتْ قَلْبُهُ يَوْمَ تَمُوتُ الْقُلُوبُ
Tarjumah:
Jis ne Eid ul Fitr aur Eid ul dono raton ko ajr o sawaab ki niyat se Allah Ta'ala ke liye qiyam kiya us ka dil us din murda nahi ho ga jis din dil mar jayengey.
📚{Ibn e Majah: 1782}
❌❌Note - Yeh riwayat Zaeef hai (mauzoo) hai, is liye is se Daleel nahi pakdi jayegi. Is riwayat ko Sheikh Albani Rahimahullah ne “Zaeef Ibne Majah: 353” meinmauzoo kaha hai aur “Silsla az Zaeefah: 521” mein sakht zaeef kaha hai. Deegar Muhaddiseen ne bhi isey zaeef qarar diya hai.
Goya Eid ki raat ibadat karney se mutalliq fazeelat wali koi riwayat saabit nahi hai. Is ka yeh matlab hargiz na liya jaaye ke is din qiyam nahi kiya ja sakta hai, jis tarah doosri raaton mein qiyam karney ka sawab hai is umoom mein yeh raat bhi daakhil hai.
📘Eid ul Fitr (Part-3)
📗Takbeer:
Chaand raat ko sooraj doobnay se lekar namaz e Eid tak Takbeer padhna sunnat hai, yani Eid ki raat se lekar khutba khatm honay tak Takbeer padhna chahiye. Ghar mein ho, bazaar mein ho ya masjid mein. Mard hazraat buland aawaaz se padhen aur khawateen past (halki) aawaz mein.
Allah Ta'ala ka farmaan hai:
وَلِتُكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ وَلِتُكَبِّرُوا اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَاكُمْ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
Tarjumah:
Woh chahta hai ke tum ginti poori kar lo aur Allah Ta'ala ki di hue hidayat par us ki badaiyan bayan karo aur us ka shukr karo.

📗Takbeerat ke saabit shuda alfaaz:
1. اللهُ أكبرُ اللهُ أكبرُ لا إلهَ إلا اللهُ واللهُ أكبرُ اللهُ أكبرُ وللهِ الحمدُ
Is ki sanad ko Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne sahih kaha hai.

Hafiz Ibn e Hajar Rahimahullah ne isay Takbeer ka sab se sahih Segha jo saabit hai kaha hai.

!! Takbeer mein yeh dhiyaan rakhna chahiye ke ijtimai taur par Takbeer kehna yani sab aik aawaz ho kar Takbeer kahen yeh bidat hai!!
📘Eid ul Fitr (Part-4)
📗Eid ka roza:
Eid ke din roza rakhna mana hai:
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمَيْنِ يَوْمِ الأَضْحَى وَيَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ
Tarjumah:
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu farmatey hain ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne do dinon Eid ul Fitr aur Eid ul Azha ke din roza rakhnay se mana farmaya hai.
📚{Sahih Muslim: 1138}
📗Ghusl, Libaas aur Khusbhoo:
Eid ke din ghusl karna mustahab hai. Behtar hai Fajr ki namaz ke baad ghusl karey, agar kisi wajah se is se pehlay ghusl kar liya to bhi koi harj nahi.
Isi tarah umdah or saaf suthra kapda pahenna chahiye jaisa ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se eid ke din khoobsurat chadar orhney ka suboot milta hai aur khusbhoo Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko bohot pasand thi is liye hamein bhi usay pasand karna chahiye.

📗Eid ke din khana:
Khajoorein khaa kar Eidgaah jana masnoon hai:
عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لاَ يَغْدُو يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ حَتَّى يَأْكُلَ تَمَرَاتٍ
Tarjumah:
Anas bin Malik Radhiallahu Anhu farmatey hain ki RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Eid ul Fitr ke din chand khujoorein khaaye baghair na nikaltey.

Taaq khajoorein khaa kar Eidgaah jaana chahiye jaisa ki riwayaat se pata chalta hai (dekhen: Bukhari: 953)aur khajoor na ho to jo bhi miley khaa ley.
📗Eidgaah paidal jana:
Paidal Eidgaah jana chahiye aur usi tarah wapas aana chahiye:
عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى الْعِيدِ مَاشِيًا وَيَرْجِعُ مَاشِيًا
Tarjumah:
Ibn e Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Eidgaah paidal jatay or paidal hi wapas tashreef laatay.

! Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne isko Sahih kaha hai.
Zarooratmand aadmi sawari par sawaar ho sakta hai.
📗Wapas lot-tay hue raasta badal dena chahiye:
عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ عِيدٍ خَالَفَ الطَّرِيقَ
Tarjumah:
Jabir Radhiallahu Anhu kehtey hain ki Eid ke din Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam aik raastey se jaatey fir doosra raasta badal kar aatey.

Rastay ke badalney ki hikmat se mutalliq bohot saaray aqwaal mlitey hain, sab se achcha jawab Sheikh Ibn e Uthaimeen ka hai ke is ki hikmat Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki ittibaa’ aur pairwi hai.
📗Eid ul Fitr (Part-6)
📘Eidgaah:
Eid ki namaz khuley maidaan mein ada ki jaye albatta zaroorat ke tehat masjid mein bhi ada ki ja sakti hai jaisa ki barish ki wajah se Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Masjid mein Eid ki namaz padhi thi.
📘Eid ki namaz aur khawateen:
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne aurton ko eid ki namaz padhney ka hukm diya lehaza khawateen ko Eid ki namaz mein shareek hona chahiye chahey woh budhi hon ya jawan, shadi shuda hon ya ghair shadi shuda aur baligha hon ya na baligha yahan tak Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Haizah aurat ko bhi Eidgaah jaaney ka hukm diya taakay woh musalmanoon ki dua mein shareek ho sakay:
عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، قَالَتْ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ نُخْرِجَهُنَّ فِي الْفِطْرِ وَالأَضْحَى الْعَوَاتِقَ وَالْحُيَّضَ وَذَوَاتِ الْخُدُورِ فَأَمَّا الْحُيَّضُ فَيَعْتَزِلْنَ الصَّلاَةَ وَيَشْهَدْنَ الْخَيْرَ وَدَعْوَةَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ . قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِحْدَانَا لاَ يَكُونُ لَهَا جِلْبَابٌ قَالَ: لِتُلْبِسْهَا أُخْتُهَا مِنْ جِلْبَابِهَا
Tarjumah:
Hazrat Umm e Atiyah Radhiallahu Anha se riwayat hai wo kehti hain ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne hamein hukm farmaya ke aurton ko Eid ul Fitr aur Eid ul Azha mein Eidgaah le jaayen jawan larkiyon, haiz wali aurton aur parda nasheen khawateen ko bhi, haan haiz wali aurtein namaz se alag rahen lekin woh khair mein aur musalmanoon ki dua mein shareek hon, mein ne arz kiya Aye Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam hum mein se kisi aik ke paas chadar na ho to❓
Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Us ki behan us ko apni chaadar pehna dey.
📚{Sahih Muslim: 890}
Is liye Eid ke din khawateen ke liye afzal hai ke woh Eidgah jayen. zimmaydaaron ko chahiye ke khawateen ke liye alag se intizam karen taakay khawateen bhi mardon ke saath Eid ki namaz padh saken. Khawateen ka alag se Eid ki namaz ada karna sabit nahi hai.
📘Eid ul Fitr (Part-7)
📗Eid ki namaz ka tareeqa:
✳ Eidgaah mein Eid ki namaz se pehlay ya us ke baad koi namaz nahi hai, isi tarah Eid ki namaz ke liye azaan o Iqamat bhi nahi hai.
✳ Namaz e Eid sirf do rakat hai. Pehli rakat mein saat (7) Takbeerein aur doosri rakat mein paanch (5) Takbeerein padhay.
📗Khutba e Eid:
Namaz ke baad imam mard o khawateen ko waaz o naseehat karey. Khutba sahih qaul ki roshni mein sunnat hai, wajib nahi hai. Eid ki namaz ke baad Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya tha:
مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَنْصَرِفَ فَلْيَنْصَرِفْ، وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُقِيمَ لِلْخُطْبَةِ فَلْيُقِمْ
Tarjumah:
Jo lautna pasand karey woh lout jaye aur jo khutba sunney ke liye rukna chahay woh ruk jaye.
📚{Nasai: 1571}
! Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne isko Sahih kaha hai.
✳ Juma ki tarah is ka sunna wajib nahi lekin waaz naseehat ko suney baghair jana bhi nahi chahiye.
✳ Eid ka aik hi khutba hadees se saabit hai.
✳ Khutba ke baad ya Namaz e Eid ke baad ijtimai dua ka saboot nahi milta lehaza is nai ijaad se bachna chahiye.
📘Eid ul Fitr (Part-8)
📗Juma ke din Eid ki namaz:
Agar juma ke din Eid ki namaz pad jaaye to us din juma ki namaz padh satkey hain ya phir Zohr hi ada karna kaafi hoga❓
عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: اجْتَمَعَ عِيدَانِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَصَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: مَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الْجُمُعَةَ فَلْيَأْتِهَا، وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَتَخَلَّفَ فَلْيَتَخَلَّف
Tarjumah:
Ibn e Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se marwi hai ke RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke zamaney mein aik saath do eid jama ho gai (yani eid aur juma) to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne logon ko Eid ki namaz padhaai phir farmaya: Jo shakhs juma aana chahey aaye, aur jo na chaahey na aaye.
📚{Ibn e Majah: 1312}
! Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko Hasan Kaha hai.
📗Namaz e Eid aur qaza:
Agar kisi ko aik rakat mil jaye to us ne Eid ki namaz paa li, jo aakhri rakat ke sajda ya tashahud mein imam ke saath miley to woh Eid ki namaz ki tarah namaz ada kar ley.
Agar kisi ki eid ki namaz chut jaye to Eid ki namaz ki tarah ada kar ley, chand log hon to jamaat qayem kar ley. Jinhon ne kaha Namaz e Eid ki qaza nahi sahih baat nahi hai. Qaza ka bhi aasaar se suboot milta hai. Neez jis asar se qaza ki soorat mein chaar rakat padhnay ka zikr milta hai usay Sheikh Albani Rahimahullah ne “Irwa ul Ghaleel” mein munqata qarar diya hai. Qaza kartey hue do rakat hi ada karey aur khutba e eid chor dey.
📘Eid ul Fitr (Part-9)
📗Eid ki Mubarakbadi:
Eid ke din aik doosray ko in alfaaz mein mubarakbad di jaye:
تَقَبَّلَ اللهُ مِنَّا ومنكَ
(Allah Ta'ala hum sab ki eid aur deegar aamaal e saliha qubool farmaiye).
كان أصحابُ النبيِّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّم إذا الْتَقَوْا يومَ العيدِ يقولُ بعضُهم لبعضٍ : تَقَبَّلَ اللهُ مِنَّا ومنكَ
Tarjumah:
Jubeer bin Nufeer (Tab’ee) bayan kartey hain ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke Sahaba e Kiram Radhiallahu Anhum Eid ke din jab aik doosray se miltey to aik doosray ko kehtey:
تَقَبَّلَ اللهُ مِنَّا ومنكَ
(Allah Taala mujh se aur aap se qubool farmaye).
! Is ko Sheikh Albani Rahimahullah ne sahih kaha hai.
📚{Tamam ul Minnah: : 354}
! Hafiz Ibn e Hajar Rahimahullah ne isey Hasan kaha hai.
📚{Fatah ul Baari: 2 / 517}
📗Eid ke din khel:
Eid ke din khushi ke izhaar mein jaaiz khail ka muzahira karey to koi harj nahi. Eid ke din Habsha ke logon ka Dhaalon aur Barchon se khelna saabit hai. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne bhi is khel ko dekha aur un Habshiyon ko mazeed khelnay ko kaha. Yeh Hadees Bukhari Shareef (950) mein Kitaab ul Eidein ke tehat mazkoor hai.
Allah Hum Sabhi ko Deen E Islam ki sahi samgh ata kare or sahi deen per chalne wala banaye.

📗Jawab:
📘1. Zakat kis tarah nikali jaati hai❓
Zakaat alag alag ashya mein alag alag tareeqe se nikali jaati hai. Jaise,
📘Sone (gold) ki zakaat:
Saade satyasi (85) gram ka sona ek saal mukammal hone par poore sone ka dhai feesad (2.5%).
📘Chandi ki zakaat:
Saade bawan (52.5) tola ya 595 gram ek saal mukammal hone par 2.5% poori chandi par.
📘Currency yani cash ki surat mein:
Chandi ko meyar bana kar, agar kisi ke paas 52.5 tola chandi ke barabar cash yani paisa ho to ek saal guzarne par 2.5% poori currency par zakaat nikali jayegi.
Issi tarah galle aur anaj, maweshi janwar (gaye, bail, oont wagaira) ki alag zakat ka tareeqa hai.
Ek saal mukammal hona kis ko kehte hain❓
Agar koi shaks sona khareede 100 gram, moharram ke mahine mein. Aur uss sona par poora ek saal guzar jaye aur wo sona kisi kaam na aaye to iss ko kehte hain ek saal guzarna. Ab iss sone par zakaat wajib ho gayi. Yani wo shaks agle moharram mein 100 gram sone ka 2.5% bazar ke bhaw ke hisab se zakat nikalega.
Iss se ek baat ye bhi maloom huwi ke jiss cheez par jab ek saal mukammal ho ussi waqt uski zakaat nikali jaye. Bagair kisi sharai uzar ke ramazan ke maheene ka intezar na kiya jaye. Jitne mahine wo intezar karega utna hi wo gunhegaar hoga.
📘2. Zakaat ka paisa kisi restedar ko de sakte hain agar wo gareeb ho❓
Ji haan zarur de sakte hain. Balke dena chahiye. Jo log apna zakaat ka paisa apne zaruratmand ristedaraun par kharch karta hai uss ko dugna sawab multa hai. Ek sawab zakat ada karne ka aur ek sawab silarehmi karne ka.
Yaad rakhein zakaat rishtedaraun mein inn 2 logaun ko dena durust nahee.
1. Walidaen.
2. Biwi.
📘Zakaat ke mustahaq log kaun hain❓
Iss talluq se quran kehta hai,
{إنما الصدقات للفقراء والمساكين والعاملين عليها والمؤلفة قلوبهم وفي الرقاب والغارمين وفي سبيل الله وابن السبيل فريضة من الله والله عليم حكيم} [التوبة : 60]
Tarjuma:
Beshak zakat dena hai 1. faqeer ko, 2. Miskeen ko, 3. Zakaat ke jama karne walaun ko, 4. Islam ke liye naramgosha rakhane wale gair muslimaun ko, 5. Gulamaun ki azadi ya qaidiyaun ki rihayi mein, 6. Maqrooz ki madad ke liye, 7. Fi sabeelillah yani Jihad aur dawat wa tableeg mein, 8. Zaruratmand Musafir par.
Ye 8 wo masarif hain jahan zakat ka paisa kharch karna chahiye.

Haiza aurte saari ibadat kar sakti hai siwae namaaz, roza, Tawaf e Kaba, aur Itikaaf baithne ke. In char chizo ko chor kar Haiza aurte saari ibadate kar sakti hai.

Umm Atiyya r.a. farmati hai ki RasoolAllah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нυ αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne Haiz wali aurto ko bhi Eid ke roz Eidgah jane ka hukm diya taaki wo logo ke takbiro ke sath takbire kahe aur un ki duae ke sath duae kare lekin namaz na padhe.

Allah Ta'ala Ka Farmaan hai:

Wo Log Jo Sona Chandi Ko Khazano Mein Jama Kartey Hain or Allah Ta'ala Ki Raah Mein Kharch Nahi Kartey Unhein Shadeed Azaab Ki Khushkhabri De Do Us Din (Unkey Maal Ko) Garm Kiya Jayega Jahannum Ki Aag Mein, Or Unki Peshaniyon, Pahlu or Peethon Ko Dagha Jayega or (Kaha Jayega) Ke Ye Hai Tumhara Maal, Jo Tum Ney Apney Liye Jama Kiya Tha So Aaj Us Azaab Ka Maza Chakho, Jo Tum Apney Liye Jama Kartey The.

📘Sadqat ul Fitr (Part-1)
📕Sadqat ul Fitr ki farziyyat:
Jis saal ramadhan ka roza farz howa usi saal sadqat ul fitr bhi farz howa Yaani do hijri mein. Is ki farziyyat Quran o Hadees aur Ijma e Ummat se saabit hai.
Quran se daleel
قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَنْ تَزَكَّىٰ
Tarjumah:
Beshak us ne falah paa li jo paak ho gaya.
📚{Surah al Aala, Ayat No: 14}
Sunnat se daleel
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَرَضَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ نَفْسٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
Tarjumah:
Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne ramadhan mein Sadqat ul fitr ko musalmanoon mein se har nafs par farz kar diya hai.

Imam Ibn e Munzir Rahimahullah ne is ki farziyyat parIjma naqal kiya hai.
📚Al-Ijma (Ibn e Munzir): Page No: 55
Sadqat ul Fitr/ Zakat ul Fitr ko Zakatul Badan aur Zakat un Nafs bhi kaha jaata hai. Aam urdu bol chaal mein yeh Fitra ya Fitrana ke naam se jaana jata hai.
📘Sadqat ul Fitr (Part-2)
📕Fitranay ki hikmat:
Teen hikmatein to aik Hadees mein mazkoor hain:
فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ طُهْرَةً لِلصَّائِمِ مِنَ اللَّغْوِ وَالرَّفَثِ وَطُعْمَةً لِلْمَسَاكِينِ
Tarjumah:
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Sadqat ul Fitr rozaydaar ko lagw aur behooda baaton se paak karney ke liye aur miskeenon ke khaaney ke liye Farz kiya hai.

📚{Ibn e Majah: 1827}
! Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko “Sahih ul Jami': 3570” mein sahih kaha hai.
📘Pehli hikmat
Rozaydaar ki paaki: Rozay ki halat mein rozaydaar se honay wali galatiyon se paak honay ke liye Fitrana ada kiya jaata hai.
📘Doosri hikmat
Miskeenon ka khana: Eid ke din jahan maldaar log khushi manayen wahein apni khushi mein shaamil karney ke liye un ke zimma ghareebon aur miskeenon ko Fitranah ada karna hai taakay woh bhi musalmanoon ki eid ki khushi mein barabar ke shareek ho saken.
📘Teesri hikmat
Fitranay mein miskeenon ke saath ulfat o muhabbat ke izhaar ke siwa, apne badan ka sadqa bhi hai kiyunkay Allah Ta'ala ne ab tak apni taufeeq se zinda rakha. Aur Allah ki un ne’maton ka shukriya bhi jo ramadhan ul mubarak mein (roza, qiyam, aitekaf, lailat ul qadr wagera ki shakl mein) miltey hain.
📘Sadqat ul Fitr (Part-3)
📕Fitranay ki shartein:
Is ki teen shartein hain;
1. Fitraney ke liye islam shart hai, is liye kafir par Fitrana nahi.
2. Istita’at: Fitrana ke liye nisaab ka maalik hona shart nahi balkay agar kisi ke paas Eid ki raat aur us din apney aur apne ehl o ayaal par kharch karney se zadah khuraak ho to usay miskeenon ko sadqa karey.
3. Teesri shart Fitranay ka wajibi waqt hona hai jo Eid ka chaand niklney se Eid ki namaz ke waqt tak hai.
📍Kin ki taraf se fitraana ada kiya jayega❓
Is silsilay mein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَضَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ نَفْسٍ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ حُرٍّ أَوْ عَبْدٍ أَوْ رَجُلٍ أَوْ امْرَأَةٍ صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ
Tarjumah:
Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne ramadhan mein musalmaano mein se har shakhs par azaad ya gulaam, mard ho ya aurat, choota ho ya bada khajooron ka aik saa’ ya jaw (barley) ka aik saa’ Sadqat ul fitr muqarrar farmaya.
📚{Sahih Muslim: 984}
Is liye har musalman chahey wo chota ho ya bada, azad ho ya ghulam, mard ho ya aurat un ki taraf se Fitra nikalna un ke sarparast ke zimmay wajib hai.
Yateem aur majnu ke paas maal ho to un ki taraf se bhi Fitra nikala jaye.
Pait mein maujood bachchay ki taraf se Fitraana wajib nahi hai magar koi istihbaab ke taur par dena chahey to dey sakta hai.
Mayyit ki taraf se Fitraana nahi hai. Haan agar mayyit ne waqt e wujoob (Eid ka chaand niklney se Eid ki namaz tak) ko pa liya to us ki taraf se Fitraana ada kiya jayega.
Naukar ya Naukraani ka Fitrana khud unkey zimmay hai, agar us ka maalik ada kardey to ada ho jayega.
📘Sadqat ul Fitr (Part-4)
📕Fitranay mein kya diya jaaye❓
Jis country mein jo cheez ghiza (khaaney) ke taur par istemaal ki jati hai usay Fitrana ke taur par dey saktey hain. Is se mutalliq Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَضَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ نَفْسٍ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ حُرٍّ أَوْ عَبْدٍ أَوْ رَجُلٍ أَوْ امْرَأَةٍ صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ

Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke zamaney mein jaw (barley), khajoor, munqqa aur paneer khaaney ke taur par istemaal hota tha. Hamaray yahan normally chawal, gheehon, chana, jaw, baajra, jawar waghera khaanay ki cheezein hain lehaza hum un mein se Fitraana nikalengey.
📘Saa’ ki miqdaar:
Fitranay ki miqdaar aik saa’ hai. Aik saa’ chaar mad ka hota hai. Gram ke hisaab se saa’ ki ta'een mein kaafi ikhtilaaf hai. Sheikh Ibn e Uthaimeen ne 2kilo 40gram batlaya hai. Kuch ne 2kilo 100gram, kuch ne taqreeban dhai kilo (2.5kg), kuch ne 2kilo 175gram, kuch ne 2kilo 751gram kaha hai. Sheikh Ibn e Baaz ne 3kilo batlaya hai. Yahi Saudi Fatwa Committee Lajna Daima ka fatwa hai.
√ Ziyada tar aqwaal dhai kilo (2.5kg) ke aas paas hain. Agar dhai kilo ke hisaab se nikaal diya jaye to ziyada munasib hai. Is mein fuqaraa aur masakeen ka faida bhi hai aur agar koi 3kilo ke hisaab se nikalta hai to is mein bhi koi harj nahi.
! Yahan aik aur masla jaan lena chahiye ke aik hi jins se aik saa’ nikalna behtar hai na ke aadha aik jins se aur aadha aik jins se.
Abu Daud aur Nasai waghera mein nisf saa’ ka bhi zikr hai magar woh riwayat sahih nahi hai. Is silsilay mein kuch Aasaar bhi mlitay hain. Sheikh ul Islam Ibn e Taimiyah, Allama Ibn e Qayyim, Allama Albani aur Ubaidullah Mubarakpoori Rahimahumullah ka mauqif hai ke nisf saa’ bhi kifayat karega.
📘Sadqat ul Fitr (Part-5)
📕Fitranay ka Masraf (means Fitrana kinko diya jaaye):
Fitranay ka Masraf Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne bata diya hai:
فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ طُهْرَةً لِلصَّائِمِ مِنَ اللَّغْوِ وَالرَّفَثِ وَطُعْمَةً لِلْمَسَاكِينِ
Tarjumah:
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Sadqat ul Fitr rozaydaar ko lagw aur behooda baaton se paak karney ke liye aur miskeenon ke khaaney ke liye Farz kiya hai.
📚{Abu Daud: 1609}
📚{Ibn e Majah: 1827}
Yeh Hadees batati hai ke Fitrana ka masraf fuqaraa or masakeen hain. Kuch ulama ne kaha Zakat ke 8 Masaarif mein Fitraana sarf kar saktay hain (means jin logon ko zakat di jaati hai unko Fitrana de saktey hain) magar yeh baat upar zikr ki gai Hadees ke khilaaf hai.
Sheikh ul Islam Ibn e Taimiyah Rahimahullah ne Fitranay ko Faqeeron or Miskeenon ke saath khaas kiya hai aur daleel se qawi-tar isi ko qarar diya hai.
📚{Majmoo' al Fatawa: 25 / 71}
Sheikh Ibn e Baaz ne kaha ke Fitranay ka masraf Fuqaraa or Masaakeen hain kiyunkay Ibn e Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma se saabit hai:
فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ طُهْرَةً لِلصَّائِمِ مِنَ اللَّغْوِ وَالرَّفَثِ وَطُعْمَةً لِلْمَسَاكِينِ
Tarjumah:
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Sadqat ul Fitr rozaydaar ko lagw aur behooda baaton se paak karney ke liye aur miskeenon ke khaaney ke liye Farz kiya hai.

📚Majmoo' al Fatawa: 14 / 204
Lehaaza Fitraana Faqeeron or Miskeeno ke alawah Masjidon aur Madarson waghera par kharch karna sunnat ki mukhalifat hai.
Agar apni jagah par Faqeeron or Miskeenon ko na paaye to doosri jagah Fitraana bhaij day.
📘Sadqat ul Fitr (Part-6)
📗Fitrane ka waqt
Fitrane ka do waqt hai; Ek waqt wujoob ka aur ek waqt jawaaz ka.
📗Wujoob ka waqt
Eid ka chaand nazar aane se Eid ki namaz tak hai. Is darmiyan kisi waqt mustahiq ko Fitrana de de.
📗Jawaaz ka waqt
Eid se ek do din pehle Fitrana dena jaaiz hai. Bukhari aur Muslim mein Ibn e Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se marwi hai:
وَكَانُوا يُعْطُونَ قَبْلَ الْفِطْرِ بِيَوْمٍ أَوْ يَوْمَيْنِ
Tarjumah:
Sahaba e Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum Eid se ek ya do din pehle Fitrana ada karte the.

Afzal waqt Eid ki namaz ke liye niklane se pehle ada karna hai kiunki Hadees mein hai:
وَأَمَرَ بِهَا أَنْ تُؤَدَّى قَبْلَ خُرُوجِ النَّاسِ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ
Tarjumah:
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Eid ki namaz ke liye nikalne se pehle logon ko Fitrana ada karne ka hukm diya.

Eid ki namaz ke baad Fitra dene se ada nahi hoga woh sirf aam sadqa shumaar hoga lekin agar kisi ke saath bhool ho gayi ya kisi shar’ee uzr ki bunyaad par late ho gayi to Allah Ta'ala aise bandon se darguzar (maaf) karta hai.
📗Fitrana dene ki jagah:
Is mein asal yahi hai ke jo jis jagah rehta hai wahein Fitra ada kare lekin agar wahan Fuqaraa or Masaakeen maujood na hon to Fitra doosri jagah bhej de. Isi tarah agar kisi doosri jagah bhejne ki sakht zaroorat ho to ek jagah se doosri jagah muntaqil karne mein koi harj nahi.
📗Fitranay mein raqam dena:
Yeh aik ahem masla hai jiskey Jaayez aur Na Jaayez honay mein ikhtilaaf hai. Ahadees ki roshni mein yeh masla wazeh hai, Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Fitranay ko miskeenon ki ghiza (means unka khana) qarar diya hai or ghiza khayi jaaney wali cheez hai, na ke raqam.
Is liye Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke farmaan par chaltay hue galley se hi Fitra ada karna behtar or afzal hai. Albatta sakht zaroorat ke tehat Fitray ki raqam dena bhi jaayez hai. Is ko misaal se is tarah samajh len ke aaj kal Fuqaraa aur Masaakeen jinhein ghallay ki zaroorat nahi hoti woh hum se ghalla to le letay hain magar usey bech kar qeemat haasil kartey hain aur fir qeemat se apni zaroorat ki cheezein khreedtey hain. Aisay halaat mein bajaye is ke ke miskeen ko ghalla bechnay ki mashaqqat miley aur ghallay ki kam qeemat haasil karni padey hum khud un ki taraf se wakeel ban kar ghallay ki qeemat ada kar dein.
Wazeh rahay ki yeh sirf zaroorat ke waqt jaayez hai albatta behtar aur afzal sunnat ki pairwi hai jo ke khaanay peenay ki cheezon se Fitra ada karna hai.

📒Lailatul qadr (Part-1)
📗Lailatul qadr ki ahmiyat o fazeelat.
Lailatul qadr ki ahmiyat o fazeelat par aik mukammal Surat nazil hue hai jis se is ki fazeelat ka bakhoobi andaza lagaya jaa sakta hai.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ۞ وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ۞ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ۞ تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ۞ سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ
Tarjumah:
Beshak hum ne isey (Quran) ko shab e Qadr mein nazil farmaya. Aur Aap ko kya maloom ke shab e qadr kya hai. Shab e Qadr hazaar mahino se behtar hai. Is (mein har kaam) ke sar anjaam deney ko apney Rab ke hukm se farishtey aur Rooh (Jibraeel) utartey hain. Yeh raat salamti ki hoti hai aur Fajr ke tulu honay tak (rehti hai).
📚{Surah al Qadr: (Mukammal)}
📘Is Surat mein chand fazail ka zikr hai.
Shab e Qadr mein quran ka nuzool howa yani aikbaargi mukammal quran Looh e Mehfooz se aasman e duniya par nazil kiya gaya jo 23 salon mein qalb e Mohammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam par nazil kiya gaya.
Yeh qadr o manzilat wali raat hai, qadr ki tafseel Allah ne hazaar mahino se bayan ki jo mubalgha par Dalalat karta hai yani yeh raat hazaron mahinon se behtar hai.
Yeh is qadr azeem raat hai ke is mein firshton khaas taur se Jibraeel Alaihissalam ka nuzool hota hai un kamon ko sar-anjaam dainay jin ka faisla Allah Ta'ala is saal ke liye karta hai.
Yeh mukammal raat sarapa aman o salamti wali hai. Momin bandah shaitan ke shar se mehfooz ho kar rab ki khalis ibadat karta hai.

📘Lailatul qadr ki ahmiyat o fazeelat
Is raat saal mein honay walay mout aur zindagi aur zindagi ke wasaail ke baarey mein saal bhar ka faisla kiya jaata hai:
فِيهَا يُفْرَقُ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ
Tarjumah:
Isi raat mein har aik mazboot kaam ka faisla kiya jata hai.

Lailatul qadr mein qiyam ka sawaab pichley saaray gunaaho ka kaffara hai. Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farman hai:
مَنْ قَامَ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ
Tarjumah:
Jo koi shab e qadar mein Emaan ke saath or sawaab ke hasil karney ki niyat se qiyam karta hai us ke sabiqa (guzrey hue) tamam gunah maaf kar diye jatay hain.

Lailatul qadr ki fazeelat se mahroom honay wala har qisam ki bhalai se mahroom hai:
عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ دَخَلَ رَمَضَانُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِنَّ هَذَا الشَّهْرَ قَدْ حَضَرَكُمْ وَفِيهِ لَيْلَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ مَنْ حُرِمَهَا فَقَدْ حُرِمَ الْخَيْرَ كُلَّهُ وَلاَ يُحْرَمُ خَيْرَهَا إِلاَّ مَحْرُومٌ
Tarjumah:
Anas bin Malik Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai wo kehtey hain ki ramadan ka maheena shuru hua to Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi ne farmaya: Tumharey paas yeh maheena aagya hai, is mein aik raat hai jo hazaar (1000) mahino se afzal hai. Jo shakhs is raat (ka sawaab hasil karney) se mahroom reh gaya, wo har bhalai se mahroom reh gaya. Iskey khair se wahi mehroom rehta hai jo waqa’ee mehroom hai.

📘Lailatul qadr (Part-3)
📒Lailatul qadr ka ta'auun (تعین)
Lailatul qadr ke ta'auun (تعین) ke silsilay mein ulama ke mukhtalif aqwaal mlitay hain magar rajeh qaul yeh hai ke Lailatul qadr ramadhan ke aakhri ashray ki taaq raton (21, 23, 25, 27, 29) mein se koi aik hai. Is ki daleel Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
تَحَرَّوْا لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ فِي الْوِتْرِ مِنَ الْعَشْرِ الأَوَاخِرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ
Tarjumah:
Lailatul Qadr ko ramadhan ke aakhri ashray ki taaq raton mein talaash karo.

📘Lailatul qadr (Part-4)
📒Kya sttaisveen (27th) ki raat Lailatul qadr hai❓
Kuch logon ne sattaisveen (27th) ki raat ko Lailatul qadr qaraar diya hai jo sahih nahi hai. Yeh sahih hai ke kuch riwayaton mein shab e qadr sttaisveen (27th) ki raat ko batai gai hai magar sattaisveen (27th) ko hi hamesha ke liye shab e qadr qarar dena galat hai. Is ke kuch reasons hain:
📗1. Bukhari ki Hadees is muaqif ki tardeed karti hai jis mein shab e qadr ko paanch taaq (odd) raaton mein talaash karney ka hukm diya gaya hai, sirf sattaisveen (27th) ki hadees lekar faisla karna durust nahi hai.
📗2. Ahadees mein sattaisveen (27th) ke alawah doosri raat ka bhi zikr hai. Sahihain mein mazkoor hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne shab e qadr panay ke liye kabhi pehlay ashray mein aitekaf kiya, kabhi darmiyani ashray mein aitekaf kiya to kabhi aakhri ashray mein aur aakhir mein. Farmaya:
إِنِّي أُرِيتُ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ، ثُمَّ أُنْسِيتُهَا أَوْ نُسِّيتُهَا، فَالْتَمِسُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الأَوَاخِرِ فِي الْوَتْرِ
Tarjumah:
Mujhey lailatul qadr dikhayi gayi, magar fir bhula di gai ya (aapney yeh farmaya ki) mein khud bhool gya. Is liye tum usay aakhri ashray taaq raton mein talaash karo.

📘Lailatul qadr (Part-5)
📒Kya sttaisveen (27th) ki raat Lailatul qadr hai❓
Aik riwayat mein hai:
فَمَنْ كَانَ مُتَحَرِّيَهَا فَلْيَتَحَرَّهَا فِي السَّبْعِ الأَوَاخِرِ
Tarjumah:
Jis ko shab e qadr ki talaash ho woh usi haftey ki aakhri (taaq) raaton mein talaash karey.

In ke alawah kisi riwayat mein 21 ka zikr hai, kisi mein 23 ka zikr hai, kisi mein 25 ka zikr hai to kisi mein 29 ka zikr hai.
In saari riwayaat ko samnay rakhtay hue ahr e akheer (aakhiri ashray) ke andar wus’at (kushadgi) pai jaati hai, un mein sab e akheer (means 27th) aur deegar saari riwayaat daakhil hain. Is wajah se shab e qadr aakhri ashray ki koi taaq (odd) raat hai. Yahi muaqif aksar ehl e ilm ka hai.
Jahan tak sattais (27) ka masla hai to kisi saal sattais ki raat qadr ki raat ki hogi jaisa ki kabhi 21, kabhi 23, kabhi 25 to kabhi 29 rahi. Is ki wajah yeh hai ke yeh raat har saal aakhri ashray ki paanch Taaq raton mein se kisi aik raat mein muntaqil hoti rehti hai.
📗3. Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke farameen ke alawah Aap ka amal bhi saabit karta hai ke lailatul qadr aakhri ashray ki koi aik Taaq raat hai:
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا دَخَلَ الْعَشْرُ شَدَّ مِئْزَرَهُ، وَأَحْيَا لَيْلَهُ، وَأَيْقَظَ أَهْلَهُ
Tarjumah:
Aisha Radhiallahu Anha bayan karti hain ki jab (ramadhan ka) aakhri ashra aata to Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam apna tehband mazboot baandhtey (yaani apni kamar poori tarah kas letey) or un raaton mein Aap khud bhi jaagtey aur ghar walon ko bhi jagaya kartey they.

📘Lailatul qadr (Part-6)
📒Lailatul qadr ki nishaniyaan.
Ahadees mein is raat ki kuch nishaniyaan milti hain:
Subah ke Sooraj mein shua nahi hoti:
هِيَ لَيْلَةُ صَبِيحَةِ سَبْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ وَأَمَارَتُهَا أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ فِي صَبِيحَةِ يَوْمِهَا بَيْضَاءَ لاَ شُعَاعَ لَهَا
Tarjumah:
Yeh (lailatul qadr) sttaisween (27th) subah ki raat hai, aur is ki nishani yeh hai ke us din ki subah ko sooraj safaid tulu hota hai, us ki koi shua (rays) nahi hoti.

Lailatul qadr mo’tadil hoti hai:
ليلةُ القدْرِ ليلةٌ سمِحَةٌ ، طَلِقَةٌ ، لا حارَّةٌ ولا بارِدَةٌ ، تُصبِحُ الشمسُ صبيحتَها ضَعيفةً حمْراءَ
Tarjumah:
Qadr ki raat narmi wali mo’tadil hai, na garam na thandhi, us raat ki subah sooraj ki roshni kamzor aur surkhi maa’il hoti hai.

Kabhi barish bhi ho sakti hai:
وَإِنِّي رَأَيْتُ كَأَنِّي أَسْجُدُ فِي طِينٍ وَمَاءٍ
Tarjumah:
Mein ne (khawab mein) khud ko keechad mein sajdah kartey hue dekha.

! Lailatul qadr se mutalliq logon mein galat baatein mashhoor hain for example:
Is raat kuttay nahi bhonktey, gadhay kam boltay hain. Samandar ka khara pani bhi meetha ho jata hai. Darakht (trees) zameen ko sajda kartey hain phir apni jagah laut jatey hain. Har jagah roshni hi roshni hoti hai, is din shaitan Sooraj ke saath nahi nikal sakta. waghera waghera.!

📒Lailatul qadr mein hum kya karen❓
Hadees mein Lailatul qadr ke husool ke liye Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki bohot zada mehnat ka zikr milta hai:
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا دَخَلَ الْعَشْرُ شَدَّ مِئْزَرَهُ، وَأَحْيَا لَيْلَهُ، وَأَيْقَظَ أَهْلَهُ

Is Hadees mein teen batein zikr ki gai ain:
Kamar kas letay (شَدَّ مِئْزَرَهُ): Yaani ibadat ke liye bohot zada mehnat kartey. Aurton se doori ke meaning mein bhi aaya hai.
Shab bedaari kartey (أَحْيَا لَيْلَهُ) : Yaani raat mein ibadat ke liye khud ko bedaar rakhtay.
Apney ehl o ayaal ko uthatey (أَيْقَظَ أَهله): Yaani apney ehl o ayaal ko bhi ibadat ke liye jagatay kiyunkay yeh ahem raat hoti hai.
Khulasa e kalaam yeh hai ke shab e qadr mein ibadat pay khoob khoob mehnat karna hai taakay hum is ki fazeelat paa saken jaisa ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
📘Lailatul qadr (Part-8)
📗Lailatul qadr mein hum kya karen❓

Tarjumah:

Qiyam ke saath zikr o dua aur tilawat o manajaat bhi is raat mein karen. Is raat ki aik khusoosi dua hai jo Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apni ummat ko sikhayi hai:
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ وَافَقْتُ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ مَا أَدْعُو قَالَ " تَقُولِينَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Tarjumah:
Aisha Radhiallahu Anha se riwayat hai unhon ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam! agar mujhe shab e qadr mil jaye to mein konsi dua parhon❓
Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya ke tum padho:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Aye Allah to maaf karney wala hai maafi ko pasand karta hai lehaza to mujhe maaf kardey).

! Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko sahih kaha hai.
Allah Ta'ala hamein Ramadhan ka behtareen isteqbaal karne, is maheene se har tarah ka faida uthaane ka mauqa faraham kare aur Ramadhan mein kasrat se aamaal e saliha anjaam dene ki taufeeq de aur in aamaal ko akhirat mein najaat ka zariya banaaye.

📔Aitekaf aur us ka hukm
Aitekaf ka talluq ramadhan ke aakhri ashrey se hai. Yeh qurb e ilaahi ka ahem zariya hai. Is se mutaliq kai fazail warid hain magar sab ke sab zaeef hain lekin is ki Mashrooiyyat or Targheeb kai Aayaat or Ahadees se saabit hai. Aitekaf ibadat hai neez masjid mein aitekaf ki wajah se mukhtalif qism ki naikiyan karney ka mauqa milta hai is liye un sab ki fazeelat or ajr apni jagah musllam hai.
Allah ka farmaan hai:
وَعَهِدْنَا إِلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ أَنْ طَهِّرَا بَيْتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالْعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ۞
Tarjumah:
Hum ne Ibrahim (Alaihissalam) aur Ismail (Alaihissalam) say wada liya ke tum meray ghar ko tawaaf karney walon aur aitekaaf karney walon aur rukoo sajda karney walon ke liye paak saaf rakho.

Neez Allah ka farmaan hai:
وَلَا تُبَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنْتُمْ عَاكِفُونَ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ ۗ
Tarjumah:
Aur aurton se us waqt mubashirat na karo jabkey tum Masjidon mein aitekaaf mein ho.

📔Aitekaf aur us ka hukm
Aur Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke mutalliq Aisha Radhiallahu Anha ka farmaan hai:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَعْتَكِفُ الْعَشْرَ الأَوَاخِرَ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ حَتَّى تَوَفَّاهُ اللَّهُ، ثُمَّ اعْتَكَفَ أَزْوَاجُهُ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ.
Tarjumah:
Allah ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam apni wafaat tak barabar ramadhan ke aakhri ashray mein aitekaf kartey rahey aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke baad Aap ki azwaaj e mutahhraat (azwaaz means biwiyaan) aitekaf karti rahin.

Quran o Hadees ke alawah ummat ke ijmaa se bhi aitekaaf ki mashroiyyat saabit hai jaisa ki Sheikh ul Islam Imam Ibn e Taimiyah Rahimahullah ne naqal kiya hai.

Dalail ki roshni mein aitekaf wajib nahi balkey sunnat hai lekin agar koi aitekaf ki nazar maan ley to us ke haq mein aitekaaf wajib ho jaayega.
📗Aitekaf Part-3
📔Aitekaf ki jagah
Jis tarah mard ke liye aitekaf masnoon hai usi tarah aurat ke liye bhi aitekaf mashroo’(means Quran o Hadees se sabit) hai. Aur yeh bhi wazeh rahey ke aitekaf ki jagah sirf masjid hai jaisa ki upar Quran ki aayat se wazeh hai aur Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne is par amal karkey dikhaya hai. Agar aurat aitekaf karey to usay bhi masjid mein hi aitekaf karna hoga chahey jama masjid ho ya jama masjid na ho. Sirf jama masjid mein aitekaf wali riwayat (لاَ اعْتِكَافَ إِلاَّ فِى مَسْجِدٍ جَامِعٍ) par kalaam hai. Agar jama masjid mein aitekaf karey to ziyada behtar hai taakay namaz e juma ke liye nikalney ki zaroorat na padey.
📔Aitekaf ka waqt
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne ramadhan mein aksar dus (10) dino ka aitekaf kiya hai is liye afzal yeh hai ke ramadhan ke aakhri ashray mein dus (10) dino ka aitekaf karey kiyunkay aakhri ashray ki badi fazeelat aayi hai. Is ka tareeqa yeh hai ke aitekaf ki dil se niyat karey aur beeswen (20th) ramadhan ko Sooraj doobtey hi masjid mein daakhil ho jaye. Yeh ikeeswen (21th) ki raat hogi. Raat bhar zikr o azkaar aur nafli ibaadat mein masroof rahay aur Fajr ki namaz padh ke aitekaf ki jagah par chala jaye. Eid ka chaand hotay hi aitekaf khatm kardey.
📗Aitekaf Part-4
📔Aitekaf ke Mabaah (jayez) umoor
Aitekaf ki halat mein masjid mein khana peena, ghusl karna, zaroorat ke waqt baat karna, tail (oil) khusbhoo istemaal karna, baghair shehwat biwi se baat cheet aur usay choona, sakht zaroorat ke liye bahar jaana for example: Masjid mein toilet na ho to qaza e hajat ke liye, juma wali masjid na ho to namaz e juma ke liye, khana koi laa kar denay wala na ho to khaana laaney ke liye wagera.
📔Aitekaf ke manafi umoor
Bagair zaroorat masjid se bahar jaana, jimaa (sexual intercourse) ya kisi aur tarah se jaan boojh kar mani (sperm) kharij karna aitekaf ke batil honay ka sabab hai. Isi tarah haiz o nifaas bhi aurat ka aitekaf baatil kardeyga. In ke alawah bagair zaroorat ke baat cheet, ghair zaroori kaam (aisey kaam jo zaroori na hon un) mein waqt barbaad karna ya ibadat ke manafi kaam jhoot o gheebat se bachey. Yeh aitekaaf ke batil honay ka sabab to nahi magar in se aitekaf ka maqsad faut ho jata hai. Isi tarah mareez ki iyadat, namaz e janazah aur dafan ke liye masjid se bahar nikalna bhi jayez nahi hai.
📗Aitekaf Part-5
📔Aitekaf ke masnoon aa’maal
Mo’takif (aitekaaf mein baithney waley) ko chahiye ke dus (10) dino mein kasrat se tadabbur ke saath tilawat, zikr o azkaar, dua or istighfaar aur nafli ibadaat anjaam day. Khashoo, khuzoo aur huzoor qalbi (dil ki haazri) ke saath Allah se talluq jorney par mehnat o mashaqqat karey. Ramadhan taqwa ka mazhar hai, aitekaf se taqwa ko mazeed taqwiyyat (taqat o quwwat) bakhshay. In hi dinon mein Lailatul Qadr aati hai aitekaaf mein baithney waley ke liye usay paney ka sunehra mauqa hai, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne isi maqsad se teeno ashray mein aitekaf kiya. Jab aakhri ashray mein shab e qadr ki khabar mili to us mein aitekaf karney lagey.
Mazeed chand (kuch) masail
Aitekaf ki is tarah niyat karna “نویت سنت الاعتکاف ﷲ تعالیٰ” (mein ne Allah Taala ki raza ke liye sunnat e aitekaaf ki niyat ki) Biddat hai. Niyat sirf dil se karna hai.
Aitekaf ke liye roza shart nahi “لااعتکاف الابصوم” wali riwayat par kalam hai (means wo riwayat zaeef hai).
Masjid mein aurat ke liye jab tak makhsoos or mehfooz jagah na ho tab tak usay aitekaf mein baithna jayez nahi.
Sirf teen Masajid mein aitekaf ka aitqaad bhi sahih nahi hai.
Aitekaf ki muddat mutayyan nahi hai is liye dus (10) din se kam aur ziyada ka bhi aitekaf kiya jaa sakta hai. Hadees mein kam se kam aik din aik raat ke aitekaf ka zikr aaya hai.
Ramadhan ke alawah doosrey months mein bhi aitekaf kiya jaa sakta hai jaisa ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se saabit hai.
Agar kisi ne aitekaf ki niyat ki (magar nazar nhi maani) lekin halaat ki wajah se aitekaf nahi kar saka to us par kuch nahi hai (means koi kaffara wagera nhi hai).
Ijtimaai aitekaf is tarah ke aik masjid mein kai mo’takif (aitekaaf karney waley) hon jayez hai magar ijtimai surat se zikr ya dua ya ibadat karna soofiya ki tarah jayez nahi hai.
📗Aitekaf Part-6
📔Aitekaf se mutalliq kuch zaeef Ahadees
📘Pehli Hadees:
منِ اعتَكَفَ عشرًا في رمضانَ كانَ كحجَّتينِ وعُمرتينِ
Tarjumah:
Jis shakhs ne ramadhan ul mubarak mein dus din ka aitekaf kiya, us ka sawab do hajj aur do umrah ke barabar hai.

📘Doosri Hadees:
مَنِ اعتكف يومًا ابتِغاءَ وجهِ اللهِ ؛ جعل الله بينَه وبينَ النارِ ثلاثةَ خنادقَ ، كُلُّ خَندَقٍ أبْعدُ مِمَّا بينَ الخافِقَيْنِ
Tarjumah:
Jo shakhs Allah ki raza ke liye aik din aitekaf karta hai, Allah Taala us ke aur dozakh ke darmiyan teen khandaqon ka faasla kar deta hai. Har khandaq mashriq se maghrib ke darmiyani faaslay se ziyada lambi hai.

📘Teesri Hadees:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ فِي الْمُعْتَكِفِ " هُوَ يَعْكِفُ الذُّنُوبَ وَيُجْرَى لَهُ مِنَ الْحَسَنَاتِ كَعَامِلِ الْحَسَنَاتِ كُلِّهَا
Tarjumah:
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne aitekaf karney walay ke baarey mein farmaya: Woh gunaahon se rok deta hai, aur us ke liye sab neki karney walay ki tarah neki likhi jati hai.
📚{Ibne Majah: 1781}
! Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is “Zaeef Ibn e Majah: 352” mein isko zaaef kaha hai.
Chauthi Hadees:
مَنِ اعتكفَ إيمانًا واحتسابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ ما تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِه
Tarjumah:
Jo emaan aur ajr o sawaab ki niyat se aitekaf karta hai us ke pichley saaray gunah maaf kar diye jatay hain.

📘Paanchvi Hadees:

📕Part-1
📗Witr ki fazeelat
Ibadat qurb e ilaahi ka zariya hai aur witr ibadaton mein se qurb e ilaahi ka azeem zariya hai. Yeh ek mustaqil namaz hai jo raat mein Isha aur Fajr ke darmiyan padhi jaati hai. Is ki fazeelat mein kayi Ahadees milti hain:
عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: مَنْ خَافَ أَنْ لاَ يَقُومَ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ فَلْيُوتِرْ أَوَّلَهُ وَمَنْ طَمِعَ أَنْ يَقُومَ آخِرَهُ فَلْيُوتِرْ آخِرَ اللَّيْلِ فَإِنَّ صَلاَةَ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ مَشْهُودَةٌ وَذَلِكَ أَفْضَلُ
Tarjumah:
Jabir Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Jise darr ho ki wo raat ke aakhiri hisse mein nahi uth sakega to woh raat ke shuru mein witr padh le. Aur jise ummed ho ki wo raat ke aakhir mein uth jaayega, woh raat ke aakhir mein witr padhe kiunki raat ke aakhiri hisse ki namaz ka mushahda kiya jaata hai aur yeh afzal hai.

Doosri Hadees mein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ وِتْرٌ يُحِبُّ الْوِتْرَ
Tarjumah:
Aur Allah witr (taaq) hai aur witr ko pasand karta hai.

📗Witr ki namaz ka hukm
Yeh namaz hanafiyah ke nazdeek wajib hai jabki sahih baat yeh hai ke yeh sunnat e mo'akkadah hai.
Daleel:
عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ الْوِتْرُ لَيْسَ بِحَتْمٍ كَهَيْئَةِ الصَّلاَةِ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ وَلَكِنْ سُنَّةٌ سَنَّهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
Tarjumah:
Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu se marwi hai ki Witr farz namaz ki tarah hatmi (wajib) nahi hai balki yeh to sunnat hai jise Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne jaari farmaya tha.

📗Witr ki namaz ka waqt
Is ka waqt Isha ki namaz ke baad se le kar Fajr ki namaz tak hai.
Daleel:
إنَّ اللَّهَ زَادَكُمْ صَلَاةً وَهِيَ الْوِتْرُ فَصَلُّوهَا بَيْنَ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ إلَى صَلَاةِ الْفَجْر
Tarjumah:
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Beshak Allah Taala ne tumhare upar ek namaz ziyadah ki hai jis ka naam witr hai. Is witr ko Isha aur Fajr ki namaz ke darmiyan padho.

📗Witr ka Afzal waqt
Is namaz ko takheer se ada karna ziyadah afzal hai jis ko jaagne par aitmaad ho:
عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: مَنْ خَافَ أَنْ لاَ يَقُومَ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ فَلْيُوتِرْ أَوَّلَهُ وَمَنْ طَمِعَ أَنْ يَقُومَ آخِرَهُ فَلْيُوتِرْ آخِرَ اللَّيْلِ فَإِنَّ صَلاَةَ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ مَشْهُودَةٌ وَذَلِكَ أَفْضَلُ
Tarjumah:

📗Witr ki rak'aat
Witr ki namaz kam se kam ek rakat hai aur Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se giyarah (11) rak’aat tak padhna saabit hai. Jo log ek rakat witr ka inkaar karte hain woh sunnat ka inkaar karte hain.
Ek rakat witr padhne ke bahut se dalail hain un mein se kuch dekhen:
عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: الْوِتْرُ رَكْعَةٌ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ
Tarjumah:
Ibn e Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Witr ek rakat hai raat ke aakhri hisse mein se.

Ek doosri Hadees hai:
عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: الْوِتْرُ حَقٌّ فَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِسَبْعٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِخَمْسٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِثَلاَثٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِوَاحِدَةٍ
Tarjumah:
Abu Ayyub Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Witr haq hai, jo chaahe saat (7) padh le, Jo chaahe paanch (5) padh le, jo chahe teen (3) padh le, Jo chahe ek (1) padh le.

Kai Sahaba e Kiraam se bhi ek rakat padhne ka suboot milta hai, un mein Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari Radhiallahu Anhu, Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma, Mu’aawiya Radhiallahu Anhu, Sa’ad Ibn e Abi Waqqas Radhiallahu Anhu aur Uthman Radhiallahu Anhu hain.
Ek Hadees mein hai:
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّي فِيمَا بَيْنَ أَنْ يَفْرُغَ مِنْ صَلاَةِ الْعِشَاءِ - وَهِيَ الَّتِي يَدْعُو النَّاسُ الْعَتَمَةَ - إِلَى الْفَجْرِ إِحْدَى عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً يُسَلِّمُ بَيْنَ كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَيُوتِرُ بِوَاحِدَةٍ
Tarjumah:
Hazrat Aisha Radhiallahu Anha se riwayat hai wo kehti hain ki Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Isha ki namaz se (jise log atamah kehte hain) farigh hone ke baad se subah tak giyarah (11) rak’aat padhte the, Aap har do rakat par salam pherte the aur witr ek padhte the.

Raat ki namaz do do rakat hai agar kisi ko taaqat ho to jitna chahe do do kar ke padh sakta hai, Aakhir mein ek rakat witr padh le:
صَلاَةُ اللَّيْلِ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى، فَإِذَا خَشِيَ أَحَدُكُمُ الصُّبْحَ صَلَّى رَكْعَةً وَاحِدَةً، تُوتِرُ لَهُ مَا قَدْ صَلَّى
Tarjumah:
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farman hai: Raat ki namaz do do rakat hai, fir jab koi subah ho jaane se dare to ek rakat padh le, wo uski saari namaz ko taaq bana degi.

Is ke do (2) tareeqe hain:
Pehla tareeqa:
Teen (3) rakat ek tashahhud se padhe.

عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: الْوِتْرُ حَقٌّ فَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِسَبْعٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِخَمْسٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِثَلاَثٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِوَاحِدَةٍ
Tarjumah:
Abu Ayyub Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Witr haq hai, jo chaahe saat (7) padh le, Jo chaahe paanch (5) padh le, jo chahe teen (3) padh le, Jo chahe ek (1) padh le.

Musalsal (continously) teen (3) rakat ada kare yani do rakat par tashahhud ke liye na baithe.
Daleel:
لَا تُوتِرُوا بِثَلَاثٍ، وَلَا تُشَبِّهُوا بِصَلَاةِ الْمَغْرِبِ
Tarjumah:
Teen (3) rakat witr na padho aur witr ko (maghrib ki) teen (3) rakat se mushabihat na karo.

! Is Hadees ko sahib e Awn ul Ma’bood (Azeemabadi Rahimahullah) ne Shaikhen ki shart par batlaya hai.
Maghrib ki mushabihat se do tareeqon se bacha jaa sakta hai, ek yeh ke teen rakat ikaththi (ek saath) padhi jaayen, beech mein tashahhud na kiya jaaye. Doosra tareeqa yeh hai ki Do rakat alag padh kar salam pher diya jaaye, phir ek rakat alag padhi jaaye. Is ki Daleel neeche zikr ki jaa rahi hai.
Doosra tareeqa:
Do rakat ek salam se padh kar phir ek salam se ek rakat padhi jaaye.
Daleel:
كان يُوتِرُ بركعةٍ، وكان يتكلَّمُ بين الرَّكعتَيْن والرَّكعةِ
Tarjumah:
Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ek rakat witr padhte (aakhri) do rakaaton aur ek rakat ke darmiyan (salam pher kar) baat cheet bhi karte.

📗Witr ki qirat
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam witr ki pehli rakat mein «سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى» doosri rakat mein «قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ» teesri rakat mein «قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ» padhte the. Daleel:
عَنْ أُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْرَأُ فِي الْوَتْرِ بِـ { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى } وَفِي الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ بِـ { قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ } وَفِي الثَّالِثَةِ بِـ { قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ } وَلاَ يُسَلِّمُ إِلاَّ فِي آخِرِهِنَّ وَيَقُولُ يَعْنِي بَعْدَ التَّسْلِيمِ " سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ " . ثَلاَثًا .
Tarjumah:
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam witr (ki pehli rakat) mein «سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى» doosri rakat mein «قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ» aur teesri mein «قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ» padhte the aur sab se akheer mein salam pherte the. Aur salam ke baad teen baar «سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ» kehte.

Dua e Qunoot ka hukm
Qunoot e witr wajib nahi, mashroo’ hai. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki Qunoot e witr ke mutalliq Hadees mein hai:
عَنْ أُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ كَانَ يُوتِرُ فَيَقْنُتُ قَبْلَ الرُّكُوعِ
Tarjumah:
Ubai bin Ka’ab Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam witr padhte the to ruku se pehle Qunoot karte the.

Dua e Qunoot ke seeghe (means alfaaz):
اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ وَعَافِنِي فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ وَتَوَلَّنِي فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا أَعْطَيْتَ وَقِنِي شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ فَإِنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلاَ يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ وَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَالَيْتَ
📚{Tirmidhi: 464}
Dua e Qunoot jama ke seeghe (means plural ke alfaaz) ke saath bhi hadees mein aaya hai.
Dua e Qunoot mein ziyadti karna bhi jaaiz hai. Allama Albani Rahimahullah likhte hain:
ولا بأس من الزيادة عليه بلعن الكفرة ومن الصلاة على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، والدعاء للمسلمين
Tarjumah:
Dua mein ziyadti karne mein koi harj nahi hai kafiroon par la’nat, Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam par darood aur musalmanoon ke liye dua ki gharz se.
📚{Qiyaam e Ramadhan (Albani): 31}
Qunoot e witr ruku se pehle aur baad mein dono tarah jaaiz hai.
Dua e Qunoot mein haath uthaya jaa sakta hai jaise aam duaon mein uthaya jaata hai. Kuch logon ne kaha ke Ahadees mein haath uthane ka zikr nahi is liye haath uthana khilaaf e sunnat hai. Yeh baat sahih nahi hai. Kayi Sahaba aur Taba’een se witr ki dua mein haath uthana saabit hai jin mein Abdullah bin Mas’ood Radhiallahu Anhuma, Umar Radhiallahu Anhu, Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu, Abu Qilabah aur Imam Mak-hool wagera hain.
Abdur Rehman Mubarakpoori Rahimahullah likhte hain ke zahiri taur par dua ki tarah is mein bhi haath uthane ka suboot milta hai.

📗Ek raat mein do witr
Ek raat mein ek martaba hi witr padhna chahiye kiunkay Nabi kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
لاَ وِتْرَانِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ
Tarjumah:
Ek raat mein do baar witr nahi hai.
📚{Abu Dawood: 1439}
! Agar koi shakhs ek martaba witr padh kar so jaaye aur dobara qiyam karna chaahe to kar sakta hai magar baad mein witr nahi padhega jaisa ki mazkoorah (upar zikr ki gayi) hadees se wazeh hai.
Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
اجْعَلُوا آخِرَ صَلاَتِكُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ وِتْرًا
Tarjumah:
Raat ki apni aakhri namaz witr ko banaao.

! Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka yeh farmaan wujoob ke liye nahi hai.
📗Witr ki qaza
Agar kabhi neend ki wajah se witr ki namaz na padh saken to jab bedaar ho Witr padh len. Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
مَنْ نَامَ عَنْ وِتْرِهِ أَوْ نَسِيَهُ فَلْيُصَلِّهِ إِذَا ذَكَرَهُ
Tarjumah:
Jo witr ki namaz padhe bagair so jaaye ya use padhna bhool jaaye to jab yaad aaye use padh le.

📗Witr ki namaz chorna
Witr aur Fajr ki do sunnat bahut ahem hain jinhein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne safar o hazar mein hamesha padhne ka ehtimaam kiya. Is liye hamein bhi hamesha is ka ehtimaam karna chahiye. Kabhi kabhar witr chootne ka masla nahi hai kiunki yeh sunnat e mu’akkadah hai magar barabar chorne waala bahut se ulama ke nazdeek na qabil e shahadat hai.
Sheikh ul Islam Ibn e Taimiyah Rahimahullah likhte hain:
الوتر سنة مؤكدة باتفاق المسلمين، ومن أصر على تركه فإنه ترد شهادته
Tarjumah:
Witr tamam musalmanon ke nazdeek muttafaqa taur par sunnat e mu’akkadah hai aur jo lagataar (continuously) ise chorta hai us ki gawahi qubool nahi ki jayegi.

📍Taraweeh (Qiyam-Ul-Lail)
📕Part-1
Ramadan mein qiyam karne ko qiyam e Ramadan kaha jaata hai. Yeh wahi namaz hai jo deegar maheeno mein qiyam ul lail aur Tahajjud ke naam se jaani jaati hai. Lakin Ramadan mein aam taur se yeh Taraweeh ke naam se mash-hoor ker diya gaya hai. Yeh nafl namaz hai is ka bahut ziyadah sawab hai. Hadees mein hai:
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ
Tarjumah:
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Jis ne Ramadan ki raaton mein qiyaam kiya, imaan aur sawab ki niyat ke saath, us ke pichle tamam gunah mu’aaf ho jaayenge.

📕Part-2
Taraweeh(Qiyam-Ul-Lail) ki masnoon rakat aath (8) hain, is ki sab se badi daleel Hazrat Aisha Radhiallahu Anha ki Hadees hai jo Bukhari Shareef mein hai:
عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ كَيْفَ كَانَتْ صَلاَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي رَمَضَانَ فَقَالَتْ مَا كَانَ يَزِيدُ فِي رَمَضَانَ، وَلاَ فِي غَيْرِهَا عَلَى إِحْدَى عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً، يُصَلِّي أَرْبَعًا فَلاَ تَسَلْ عَنْ حُسْنِهِنَّ وَطُولِهِنَّ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي أَرْبَعًا فَلاَ تَسَلْ عَنْ حُسْنِهِنَّ وَطُولِهِنَّ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي ثَلاَثًا
Tarjumah:
Abu Salamah bin Abdurrehman ne Hazrat Aisha Radhiallahu Anha se poocha ki Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki raat ki namaz Ramadan mein kaisi thi. Unhon ne jawab diya ke Ramadan mein aur us ke alawah dono mein giyarah (11) rakaton se ziyadah na padhte the. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam pehli Chaar (4) rakatein padhte, tum un ke husn o khoobi or tool (lambaayi) ka haal na poocho. Phir chaar (4) rakatein padhte un ke bhi husn o khoobi aur tool (lambaayi) ka haal na poocho. Phir teen (3) rakatein (witr) padhte the.

Yeh dono ek hi namazein hain jo ke Hadees mein hi mazkoor hai ke Ramadan ya ghair e Ramadan mein Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka qiyam aath (8) rakat ka huwa karta tha. Agar yeh Tahajjud ki namaz maan li jaaye to phir yeh maanna padega ke Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne dobara taraweeh alag se padhi jis ki koi daleel nahi. Aur Sahaba e Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum jab chauthe roz (4th day) ba-jama’at Taraweeh ke liye jama huwe aur Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam nahi nikle to Sahaba dobara doosre qiyam ke waqt phir aate magar unhon ne aisa nahi kiya❓
! Aalimo ne bhi Tahajjud aur Taraweeh ko ek hi namaz tasleem kiya hai.

Agar yeh Taraweeh ki namaz hai to do do kiun padhte hain, is Hadees mein to char char ka zikr hai❓

Is Hadees mein chaar chaar rakat ki sifat bataayi gai hai na ke chaar rakat par salam pherne ka. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam do do kar ke hi qiyam karte the jis ke bahut se dalail hain.

Hazrat Aisha Radhiallahu Anha se riwayat hai wo kehti hain ki Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Isha ki namaz se (jise log atamah kehte hain) farigh hone ke baad se subah tak giyarah (11) rak’aat padhte the, Aap har do rakat par salam pherte the aur witr ek padhte the.

Tarjumah:
Raat ki namaz do do rakat hai, fir jab koi subah ho jaane se dare to ek rakat padh le, wo uski saari namaz ko taaq bana degi.

‼Do ghalatfehmiyon ka izaala‼
📍Pehli ghalatfehmi:
Logon ke darmiyan yeh ghalatfehmi pheli hai ke Hazrat Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne logon ko bees (20) rakat Taraweeh par jama kiya jabki Hazrat Umar Radhiallahu Anhu se mutalliq bees rakat wali hadees zaeef hai aur sahih hadees ke mukhalif hai. Durust baat yahi hai ke Hazrat Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne Ubai bin Ka’ab aur Tamim Daari ko giyarah (11) rak’aat padhaane ka hukm diya tha jo sahih sanad se saabit hai:
عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَمَرَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ أُبَىَّ بْنَ كَعْبٍ وَتَمِيمًا الدَّارِيَّ أَنْ يَقُومَا، لِلنَّاسِ بِإِحْدَى عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً
Tarjumah:
Sa’ib bin Yazeed se riwayat hai wo kehte hain ki Hazrat Umar bin Khattaab Radhiallahu Anhu ne Ubai bin Ka’ab aur Tamim Ad-Daari ko hukm diya tha ke wo logon ko giyarah (11) rak’aat padhaya karen.

Sheikh Albani Rahimahullah ne “Mishkaat”, “Irwa ul Ghaleel”, “Tamam ul Minnah” aur “Salat ut Taraweeh” mein, Sheikh Ibn e Uthaimeen Rahimahullah ne “Buloogh ul Maraam” aur “Riyadh us Saliheen” ki sharah mein, Allamah Mubarakpoori Rahimahullah ne “Tohfat ul Ahwazi” mein is Hadees ki sanad ko Sahih bataya hai.
Goya Hazrat Umar Radhiallahu Anhu se bhi giyarah (11) rak’aat par hi logon ko jama karna saabit hota hai aur yahi baat Bukhari Shareef mein mazkoor Aisha Radhiallahu Anha ke bayan ke muwafiq hai.

📍Doosri ghalatfehmi:
Bhut bara Sawal ❓❓❓
Agar sunnat Taraweeh aath (8) rak’aat hai to Haram Shareef mein bees (20) rak’aat Taraweeh kiun padhaayi jaati hai❓
Asal mein Haram aalami (international) jagah hai, yahan kisi zamaane mein chaar (4) musalle huwa karte the, “Aal e Sa’ood” ne Alhamdulillah ek musalle qaaim kar ke fitnah khatm kiya. Taraweeh bhi logon ke liye ikhtilaaf ka sabab thi is liye maslehat ko dekhte huwe bees (20) rak’aat rakhi gayien. Is ke liye do imam ka intikhab kiya gaya ek imam dus (10) padha kar chale jaate hain aur alag se akele ek rakat witr padhte hain jis se giyarah (11) rak’aat ki sunnat poori ho jaati hai. Yahi haal doosre imam ka bhi hai (means wo bhi isi tarah karte hain). Is tarah se na sirf fitnah khatm ho gaya balki imam ko giyarah (11) giyarah (11) rak’aat padhne aur door daraaz se late aane waalon ko jis qadar mayassar ho padhne ka mauqa mil gaya. Haram ke alawah Saudi Arab ki her Masjidon mein sirf aath (8) rakat Taraweeh hoti hai kiunki Arab ke ulama ka yahi mauqif aur fatwa hai. Chunancha “Saudi Lajna Daima” ka fatwa hai:
والأفضل ما کان النبیﷺ یفعله غالبًا وھو أن یقوم بثمان رکعات یسلم من کل رکعتین، ویوتر بثلاث مع الخشوع والطمأنینة وترتیل القراء ة، لما ثبت فی الصحیحین من عائشة رضی اﷲ عنھا قالت: کان رسول اﷲ ﷺ لا یزید فی رمضان ولا فی غیرہ علی إحدٰی عشرة رکعة
Tarjumah:
Aur afzal woh hai jo Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam aksar o beshtar karte the, aur woh yeh ke insaan aath (8) rakat padhe, aur har do rakat ke baad salam phere, phir teen (3) witr ada kare aur poori namaz mein Khashoo’, itminan aur tarteel e quran malhooz rakhe. Bukhari o Muslim mein Hazrat Aisha Radhiallahu Anha se marwi hai ke Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ramadan aur deegar maheeno mein giyarah (11) rak’aat se ziyadah nahi padhte the.

! Yahi fatwa Sheikh Ibn e Baaz, Sheikh Ibn e Uthaimeen aur Arab ke deegar muftiyon ka hai.

Bemaar:
Bemaar do (2) tarah ke hote hain:
Ek woh bemaar jo Roze ki wajah se mashaqqat ya jismani zarar (takleef) mehsoos karen ya shadeed bemaari ki wajah se din mein dawa khaane par majboor hon to apna Roza chor sakte hain. Zarar (takleef) or nuqsaan ki wajah se jitna Roza chorenge utne ki baad mein qaza karni hai.
Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ
Tarjumah:
Aur jo koi mareez ho ya phir musafir ho to doosre dinon mein ginti poori kare.
📚{Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayat No: 184}
Doosre wo bemaar jin ki shifayaabi ki umeed na ho aur aise hi boodhe (aged) mard o aurat jo Roza rakhne ki taaqat na rakhte hon un dono ko Roza chorna jaaiz hai aur har Roze ke badle daily ek miskeen ko nisf saa’ (taqreeban one and half kg) ghehon, chawal ya khaayi jaane waali doosri cheezein de den.
Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ
Tarjumah:
Aur is ki taaqat rakhne waale Fidya mein ek miskeen ko khaana den.

! Yahan yeh dhiyaan rahe ke mamooli pareshani jaise zukam, sar dard waghera (etc) ki wajah se Roza todna jaaiz nahi hai.

Musafir:
Ramadhan mein musafir ke liye Roza chorna jaaiz hai jaisa ki Allah Ta'ala ka farmaan hai:
فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ
Tarjumah:
Aur jo koi mareez ho ya phir musafir ho to doosre dinon mein ginti poori kare.

Agar safar mein Roza rakhne mein mashaqqat na ho to musafir haalat e safar mein bhi Roza rakh sakta hai. Is ke bohat saare dalail hain. Jaise:

إِنْ شِئْتَ صُمْتَ وَإِنْ شِئْتَ أَفْطَرْتَ
Tarjumah:
Agar tum chaho to Roza rakh lo aur agar chaho to Roza chor do.

! Musafir chore huwe Roze ki qaza baad mein karega.

📕(Part-3)
Aurat Ka Roza:
Haiz wali aur bachcha janam dene waali aurat ke liye khoon aane tak Roza chorne ka hukm hai.
Aur jaise hi khoon band ho jaaye Roza rakhna shuru kar de. Kabhi kabhi nufasa (wo aurtein jin ko bachche ki wiladat ke baad khoon aata hai) chalees (40) din se pehle hi paak ho jaati hain to paak hone par Roza hai. Aurat ke liye khoon rookne waali dawa istemaal karne se behtar hai usi haalat mein rahe (means khoon rokne waali medicines na le). Haiz aur nifas (wo khoon jo bachche ki paidaish ke baad aata hai usko nifaas kehte hain) ke alawah khoon aaye to us se Roza nahi todna hai balki Roza jaari rakhna hai.
Doodh pilaane waali aurat aur haamla aurat (pregnant women) ko jab apne liye ya bachche ke liye Roze ki wajah se khatra ho to Roza chor sakti hai. Lekin nuqsan na ho to Roza chorna jaaiz nahi hai. Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke is farmaan ka yahi matlab hai:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَضَعَ لِلْمُسَافِرِ الصَّوْمَ وَشَطْرَ الصَّلَاةِ وَعَنْ الْحُبْلَى وَالْمُرْضِعِ
Tarjumah:
Allah Taala ne musafir ke liye aadhi namaz maaf farma di aur musafir, haamla aur doodh pilaane waali ke Roze maaf farma diye.
📚{Nasai: 2315}
Bemaar aur boodhi (aged) aurat ke ehkaam pehle number yaani (Part-1) mein shaamil hain.
Jab uzr ki wajah se aurat Roza chor de to baad mein us ki qaza kare. Haamla (pregnent) aur dhoodh pilane waali aurat ke talluq se fidya ka zikr milta hai jo ke sahih nahi hai.

Bachchon ka Roza:
Bachchon par Roza farz nahi hai jab tak baaligh na ho jaayen kiunki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلاَثَةٍ عَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ الْمَغْلُوبِ عَلَى عَقْلِهِ حَتَّى يُفِيقَ وَعَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ
Tarjumah:
Teen (3) qism (ke logon) se qalam utha liya gaya hai, Majnoon se jiski aqal jaati rahe yahan tak ki sehatyaab (theek) ho jaaye, sooye huwe shakhs se yahan tak ki wo bedaar ho jaaye, bachche se yahan tak ki wo baligh ho jaaye.

Lekin tarbiyat ke taur par bachchon se bhi Roza rakhwaya jaaye jab wo Roza rakhne ki taaqat rakhte hon. Baaz ulama ne Roze ke liye bachchon ki munasib umar (age) dus (10) saal batlaayi hai kiunki Hadees mein dus (10) saal par namaz chorne par maarne ka hukm hai. Khair daswaan saal ho ya us se pehle ka agar bachche Roza rakh satke hon to sarparast ki zimmedaari hai ke un se Roza rakhwaayen. Is ki misaal quroon e mufazzalah mein milti hai:
عَنِ الرُّبَيِّعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذٍ، قَالَتْ أَرْسَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم غَدَاةَ عَاشُورَاءَ إِلَى قُرَى الأَنْصَارِ " مَنْ أَصْبَحَ مُفْطِرًا فَلْيُتِمَّ بَقِيَّةَ يَوْمِهِ، وَمَنْ أَصْبَحَ صَائِمًا فَلْيَصُمْ ". قَالَتْ فَكُنَّا نَصُومُهُ بَعْدُ، وَنُصَوِّمُ صِبْيَانَنَا، وَنَجْعَلُ لَهُمُ اللُّعْبَةَ مِنَ الْعِهْنِ، فَإِذَا بَكَى أَحَدُهُمْ عَلَى الطَّعَامِ أَعْطَيْنَاهُ ذَاكَ، حَتَّى يَكُونَ عِنْدَ الإِفْطَارِ
Tarjumah:
Rubai' bint e Mu’awwiz Radhiallahu Anha kehti hain ki Aashorh (10th of Muharram) ki subah Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Ansaar ke villages mein kehla bheja ke subah jis ne kha pi liya ho woh din ka baqi hissa (Rozedaar ki tarah) poore kare aur jis ne kuch khaya piya na ho woh Roze se rahe. Rubai’ kehti hain ke phir baad mein bhi (Ramadan ke Roze ke farz hone ke baad) hum us din Roza rakhte aur apne bachchon se bhi rakhwaate they. Unhein hum oon (wool) ka ek khilona de kar behlaye rakhte. Jab koi khaane ke liye rota to wahi de dete, yahan tak ke iftaar ka waqt aa jata.

¤ Ta’leeqaat e Bukhari mein “Baab saum us sibyaan (bachchon ke Roza rakhne ke baare mein baab)” ke tehat yeh riwayat zikr ki gayi hai ke Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne Ramadhan ul Mubarak mein nasha karne waale shakhs ko maarte huwe farmaya: Tu tabaah ho jaaye, hamare to bachche bhi Roze se hain.

Bina uzr ke jaan boojh kar Roza chorne waala:
Ramadhan mein baghair uzr ke jaan boojh kar Roza chorne waala gunaah e kabeera (bade gunaahon) ka murtakib hai (means bagair uzr ke jaan boojh kar Ramadhan mein Roza chorna yeh kabeera gunaah hai). Use sab se pehle apne gunah se sachchi tauba karni chahiye aur jo Roza chora hai us ki baad mein qaza bhi kare. Aur agar koi Roze ki halat mein jimaa’ (sexual intercourse) kar leta hai use qaza ke saath kaffara bhi ada karna hoga. Kaffara mein londi azad karna ya musalsal do maheene ka Roza rakhna ya saath (60) miskeeno ko khaana khilana hai.
Yaad rahe bina uzr Roza todne ka bhayanak anjaam hai. Mustadrak waghera ki riwayat hai:
عَنْ أَبُو أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : بَيْنَا أَنَا نَائِمٌ إِذْ أَتَانِي رَجُلانِ فَأَخَذَا بِضَبْعَيَّ فَأَتَيَا بِي جَبَلا وَعْرًا فَقَالا لِي : اصْعَدْ , فَقُلْتُ : " إِنِّي لا أُطِيقُهُ " ، فَقَالا : إِنَّا سَنُسَهِّلُهُ لَكَ فَصَعِدْتُ حَتَّى إِذَا كُنْتُ فِي سَوَاءِ الْجَبَلِ إِذَا أَنَا بِأَصْوَاتٍ شَدِيدَةٍ , فَقُلْتُ : " مَا هَذِهِ الأَصْوَاتُ ؟ " , قَالُوا : هَذَا عَوَى أَهْلِ النَّارِ ، ثُمَّ انْطَلَقَ بِي فَإِذَا أَنَا بِقَوْمٍ مُعَلَّقِينَ بِعَرَاقِيبِهِمْ مُشَقَّقَةُ أَشْدَاقُهُمْ تَسِيلُ أَشْدَاقُهُمْ دَمًا ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : " مَنْ هَؤُلاءِ ؟ " قَالَ : هَؤُلاءِ الَّذِينَ يُفْطِرُونَ قَبْلَ تَحِلَّةِ صَوْمِهِمْ
Tarjumah:
Abu Umama al Bahili Radhiallahu Anhu kehte hain ke main ne Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se suna Aap farma rahe the: Ek martaba mein so raha tha mere paas do aadmi aaye unhon ne mujhe baazu se pakda aur woh dono mujhe ek mushkil pahad ke paas le aaye to unhon ne kaha ke is par chadho main ne kaha main is par chadhne ki taqat nahi rakhta, unhon ne kaha hum is ko Aap ke liye aasaan kar dete hain to main us par chadh gaya yahan tak ke jab pahad ke darmiyaan mein tha to main ne khaufnaak aawazein sunien to main ne kaha yeh aawazein kya hain❓
To unhon ne kaha ke yeh aag waalon ki cheekh o pukaar aur wawelah hai, phir mujhe ek jagah le jaaya gaya to maine wahan kuch logon ko dekha jo ulte latkaaye gaye the un ki baanchen (muh ke dono atraaf) phaadi hue thein aur un se khoon beh raha tha main ne kaha yeh kon hain to kaha yeh woh log hain jo Roza iftaar ke waqt se pehle hi khol dete the.
📚{Sahih ut Targheeb (Albani): 1005}
Hamari naseehaat ke liye ek Hadees hi kaafi hai.
! Rozedaar ko chahiye ke Ramadhan mein bhalaayi ka kaam kare or munkar kaam se bache. Jo aadmi Roze se ho or jhoot bole, bura kaam kare or buri harkaton se na ruke aise Rozedaaron ke Roze ki koi haisiyat nahi hai. Allah aise logon ko pasand nahi farmata hai:
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :مَنْ لَمْ يَدَعْ قَوْلَ الزُّورِ وَالْعَمَلَ بِهِ وَالْجَهْل فَلَيْسَ لِلَّهِ حَاجَةٌ فِي أَنْ يَدَعَ طَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ
Tarjumah:
Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu ne bayan kiya ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Jo koi (Roze ki halat mein) jhoot bolna, fareb karna or jihalat ki baaton ko na chore Allah Taala ko uske bhooka or piyaasa rahne ki koi zaroorat nahi.
